The bald cashier with the glasses is extremely rude and condescending when you clearly are just trying to make polite conversation ringing out. The other night I walked in 10 minutes before closing just to quickly grab an energy drink during their posted OPEN hours, and the entire time I was in there he was complaining about me and another guest being in there right before they were supposed to close. I was in line to check out with 5 minuets till 10 and he said that the registers were down and he couldn’t ring us out and then remarked again that it was because we were in there right before closing like it was our fault! If that’s the case then please say on your hours that you’re only open till 9:45 or something! I have never left a review, especially on a gas station, but this store is incredibly rude to customers and needs serious correction in that department.

I'm uncertain how this place continues to operate given the incompetent employees that do not know how to do basic things like run a register, count change, basic customer service skills, or issuing lottery tickets correctly. I won't be buying gas, lottery tickets, or anything else at Circle K or Shell

The gas price on their street sign is not accurate. You can't see what they are charging until you pull up to the pump. Very annoying.

No wonder this place has a one star rating. I went in there and the guy the Asian guy that was working in. There was so rude and so sarcastic and so condescending. I am an Uber driver and I will make sure that all my Uber drivers know not to come here again, because we all give each other information about where to go and we’re not to go and That guy is not helping your business. He is so rude you tell me I can go somewhere else when all I did was ask if I could use the restroom I’m in the guy has a serious problem and is a threat to your business. I would truly not have him working for you. This is on Friday 14 July at 2:30 PM. Thank you very much and I hope that the managers or bosses of this Circle K see my review and make him figure life out because no one deserves to be treated the way he just treated me.

I got a new debit card and forgot to update on my Circle K card. When I ran the Circle K card, it went through, but the old account attached to the card bounced. They emailed me about it, I completely admitted to my mistake, and I went to make the payment. The store refused my payment because "it can only be taken through corporate if it's late." Fine, I get it. I called the number in the email. They said, "We don't have it in our system yet, so you'll have to call back later this week." Weird, but fine, I guess. I called back later in the week, and they slapped on a $40 late fee. When I asked about it, I was told, "Well, if you had called earlier, you would not have accrued the fee." She didn't seem to care that I HAD called earlier in the week, and they didn't want my money at all then. Very scammy procedures that could've all been solved if Circle K had just taken the money that I owed them as soon as I was ready to pay it. Instead, they try to extort consumers for even more money. Disgraceful- looks like I'll be sticking to Shell.

Wow. I came to get gas with my circle k card and the cashier was so out of it he asked me what I needed right after I said what I needed.Then I gave him my circle k card and he told me to slide the payment card. I asked him if he applied the discount and he said “No it’s too late.”He seemed high out of his mind and I decided not to try to engage further and left after fueling without my circle k discountWhat a terrible experience

Bathroom had no soap, clerk was no help. Apparently the oil industry can't afford to stock its bathrooms with hand soap.
