Terrible! The clerk working the morning of 2/10 around 6:30 am was so rude and shouldn't be in a customer service role is she's going to act incredibly rude to customers.

It's almost like rudeness is a policy. With the exception of 2 employees everyone else is extremely rude. Like we're all in prison. The security guard is outright hostel. He gives me the death stare every time I walk in. Plus some of the food on the shelves were passed expiration date.

The girl behind the counter started yelling at sanitizer. Stole my money and the drinks I had just bought and told me to leave her effing store. I'm in a wheelchair. Even a lady with two kids took her two kids out of the store immediately. I need to speak with an actual proper management.

Customer service is non-existent at this place. I hope my bad experience there doesn't have to do with race or discrimination towards Hispanics.I suggest management looks into this behavior from their employees.I also ask their employees to look more presentable. This guy lacked hygiene and that's more offensive than anything especially when you want to belittle others.

Stopped in for snacks and a bathroom break and were treated so rudely by the staff. Came up to pay for our snacks and my partner asked if we could get the restroom key - the gentleman behind the counter shook his head and walked away. I then asked if the bathroom was out of order or just need a key and he ignored me and started drinking his water. We thanked him for their time but decided another location was a better option and put our snacks down and headed out, at which point he made sure to loudly say a rude comment to us.I don't want to assume it was related to having non-english speakers with us, but when the signage clearly states that paying customers can use the restroom and no out of order signs were posted, the entire interaction felt extremely disrespectful.I do NOT recommend stopping here until they retrain their team or decide to at least politely tell people instead of the rude comments and poor customer service.

The employees are almost always intoxicated and rude, they are always out of stock of most of their items. If I was starving to death and out of gas I would not stop here

Absolutely awful service. Go to the Circle K at 17th and Canyon. Much smaller, but much nicer service and people.

$1 soda is $2 here and they only have the smallest size. Every other circle k selling my treats for $2 it's $5 at this store. Fuel cost $2 more per gallon here than any other gas station in Colorado. Avoid at all costs.

This review is to share the inhumane treatment that I experienced at this store, and to invite people to reconsider investing their money here. Today(October 11th 2023 around 2:20pm)while waiting to catch a bus to Longmont I went to this circle K to grab a snack and use the restroom since it’s an hour long ride. I paid for my items and asked if I needed a code or a key to use the restroom. The cashier said that they would need to let me in and it would be a couple minutes. I really had to pee so I waited by the restroom until there was no one in the check out line. As a waited I started opening and eating the apples that I had bought and a different employee came from past the bathrooms and stared at me, I asked if I was in their way with the intention to move if I was, and they asked me if I had paid for the snack I was eating. I said yes and was frustrated with being questioned as I had just walked over from the counter where I paid, and I still was waiting to pee. Seeing that the cashier had not come out from behind the counter, I walked back towards the counter and asked if they would unlock the bathroom, and they replied that they thought I had left. I replied that I still had to pee and had been waiting by the bathroom. At this time another employee who I am assuming was a manager said that they were not going to let me into the bathroom because I had an attitude. I responded with an explanation that I had bought something, waited as I had been asked and I really just needed to pee. That person then started raising there voice at me threatening to call the police and have me removed. I became more upset than I had been and questioned the validity and reason behind this person’s decision to intentionally prevent me from utilizing the restroom. I believe they called the police to report me as trespassing as I was continually misgendered by their description of me on the phone. I am appalled by how poorly I was treated due to a personal interpretation of my communication style and horrified that everyone else in the store, both employees and customers alike completely ignored how I was being treated. At one point the person that I am assuming was the manager said that I shouldn’t treat people that I need something from “that way” referring to my very valid and reasonable upset at being in need of relieving myself, paying for items, waiting and then suddenly being denied access to the bathroom from a completely different person based off their assumption that I “had an attitude”. I don’t know what about this upsets me the most: Having to hold my pee for another additional hour which poorly affects bladder and urinary tract health? My difference in communication style as an Autistic person being interpreted as “attitude” and used as a reason to treat me in a degrading, inhumane and threatening manner? The realization that if I was treated this way, then it’s highly likely that other people who are in more dire need than me, are vulnerable, and who are even more likely to be misperceived due to their circumstances are also treated this way or worse? The fact that no one, absolutely no one in the store said anything or did anything to offer me assistance as I was being mistreated and threatened by another person. I hope that this review - which I had to give a star to even share - in some way creates positive change for the next person who happens to be in need and just doesn’t act the way that an employee likes or understands. It’s so sad that people find it acceptable to behave in this way. It’s punitive and serves no function other than to make a person believe that they have the right and power to treat another person as though they are lesser and therefore deserve less unless they meet the unrealistic expectations of a stranger in a societally more “authoritative” position. May this be inspiration for those who have any ability to be either beneficial or detrimental to those less privileged or fortunate than them, to act with responsibility

The cashier Terry is drunk every night will take beer from the cooler and drink it while stocking then leave the empty cans, only to get mad at his fellow employees when picking up the bottles and putting them in the back, where he thought they were just damaged items. Amanda the manager plays favorites if you're black you can do no wrong in her eyes. Has ones gotten told I was talking in a racist way when asking a fellow employee to help. With them saying I'm not a manager I can't tell them anything. But was told I have to speed up and work harder, was it to cover for them babysitting the register. Very strange place to be.Just a few people who go out of there way to make others lives difficult for the lols. Just be kind lol how about treating others how you want to be treated, that's the golden rule but it only applies to special people. I'm positive outside of a work place setting theses people are not awful to be around.
