This is the 2nd year we have used CSS to move my son's college stuff into storage over the summer and we are so impressed. They offer amazing packages that easy met my needs, from just moving items into storage, to assembly, picking up IKEA orders to packing if needed. Being out of state, it is so cost effective to have them help my family. My son packed up his one bed apartment and CSS came in and did the rest. They are responsive to all my requests, easy to work with and really gave my family peace of mind. We will continue to use them annually until my son graduates. Thank you!!!

This is difficult, the service on the ground (i.e. the students that do the loading and unloading) are 100% awesome! We tip them well for going above and beyond every year. That said, their website is never updated properly with the most up to date, ACCURATE information. I've had to call for administrative issues several times over the years and each time this a-hole of a man answers and doesn't offer to help, but rather cuts me off abruptly and flat out says I'm wrong before even hearing the situation. He won't listen, and then LIES about their procedure and then GASLIGHTS me about how "it wasn't us" or "that was a different company you used" when we've only ever used them. THEN he says he's trying to help, but I'm not giving him information. I've emailed, and was told BY HIM in the email that he couldn't help and to call tomorrow, and he was the only one there and he couldn't get me to anyone who could help. He's always a prick and these are conversations I've had multiple times with this individual. Even when I brought receipts and he still acts like I'm crazy as if the proof isn't right there. We have another kid going to CSU in the fall and I'm torn. The physical service (manpower and supplies) are fantastic, but admin/customer service is beyond horrendous!

This company put an advertisement underneath the door of my dorm room. I did not request to be advertised to, and I have no idea why this company thought such a tactic was acceptable.

My expensive nightstand I vividly remember tagging and placing on the truck got completely lost. I was told they would look for it and reach out to me, but they never did. When I emailed them and brought this up, they told me to pound sand and did not even bother to use proper grammar, punctuation, or capitalization. Extremely unprofessional.

They forgot one of my boxes that was labeled and then insisted that the movers delivered all of my boxes. I stored 4 boxes and a suitcase with them, paid for that service, and they only delivered 3 boxes. But they “checked off” on 4 having been delivered. They also delivered them late and I have also had trouble actually getting them on the phone and getting a response other than “we’re looking for it.” They were also late to pickup my boxes back in may as well. I paid too much money for them to lose my stuff and then claim they delivered all of it.

for reference I'm a senior who has been using CSS since freshman year move out; but I have consistently had mixed experience with them, whether it was missing and/or broken items the servicer provided are very subpar. this being said my most recent move had really pushed me to believe how unprofessional this company is, not only did they forget two rather obvious furniture items (Carpet and office Chair), but they forgot an additional box with a rather expensive and sentimental piece of clothing I have. Unfortunately the company lost it, but I was patient and waited two weeks for them find it, unsurprisingly they didn't find; but even worse they refused to provide insurance or refund to cover for losing such an important/expensive item.

We needed extra help storing my son's dorm belongings. I was by myself moving my son and they came up the three flights of stairs at DU (no elevator) and stored all his stuff. They were great. Mike the owner is the one answering the phone and takes pride in his company. If something goes wrong he will fix it! They don't overcharge and he was so understanding when my son didn't get back to them. Highly recommend. I don't understand the 3 1/2 star ratings

Absolutely the worst moving company I have ever hired. Returned furniture damaged and water stained. Would not respond to emails and would not repair or replace/compensate for damaged furniture Do not hire this company.

Save your time and money, and use a different storage service. If I could go back and do this again, I would rent a Uhaul and store my stuff in a pod. Do not trust this so called "company". Not only did they lose a couch of ours, not sure how that's possible, but they also lost my mattress and misplaced my roommates bike. The good news is, they eventually found my roommates bike and our couch, but the couch was delivered broken and they wouldn't have even gone back to look for it if it wasn't for my girlfriend buttering up the mover guys.

I decided to move myself in for my second year at CU and hired movers to help me get things out of storage and put my furniture together. The day they were supposed to help me move in, they arrived late and thought it was a move out and then cancelled for the day. The next morning they were late again, didn’t get there til 3:30pm and didn’t even put my furniture together like I asked. The manager proceeded to call me at work multiple times after I asked him to contact my roommate for any issues, and when I answered his call it was easily something my roommate could’ve answered. Tremendously unorganized business with horrible communication between the warehouse, the employees, and the managers.
