Full Cycle Bikes is an absolute game-changer! After years of searching for the perfect bike shop, I stumbled upon Full Cycle and was blown away by their exceptional service and offerings. Unlike other local shops, Full Cycle went above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations. Not only did they have an impressive range of mountain bikes, but the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect fit for my needs. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring I found the ideal bikes and gear was truly remarkable. In the end, I not only walked away with two fantastic mountain bikes but also a top-of-the-line rack and some essential gear. The experience was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish, thanks to the team's expertise and genuine enthusiasm for what they do. Full Cycle Bikes has set the bar high for customer service and product offerings. If you're in the market for bikes and gear, look no further than Full Cycle. The exceptional level of service and the quality of their products make it the go-to destination for all your biking needs. I couldn't be happier with my purchases and the entire experience at Full Cycle Bikes.

Different level of service if you are BROWN. After requesting service, then waiting for a while to be approached, we eventually tried to get someone's attention. One of the service people literally turned their backs to indicate they didn't want to chat and when approached gave terse, unhelpful responses. Go where you are wanted.

Thanks to Alexi, Alex and the crew. They went above and beyond to find a receipt from 8-10 years back to help us file a claim for our stolen bike. This is the type of customer service that make folks loyal to one place over another. Thanks all and sorry if got your names wrong!

Very good experience renting bikes at this place. We didn't have a reservation when we walked in but the staff was helpful when we asked about getting hooked up. The young man helping us asked us several questions such as the type of ride we wanted to do, experience and how long we wanted to stay out. Super helpful. He got us sized up, outfitted with helmets and a lock. Very Friendly. Took about 30 min to get in and out. They also have a great coffee adn drink shop set up there and you can fill your water bottles up for no charge. We also enjoyed tacos and tamales from the food truck out front. I loved the tamales which were chicken hatch chile. I do recommend this place for bike rentals and lunch afterwards.

If it’s not obvious by looking at you that riding bikes is a major part of your identity, you will be ignored.

I just scheduled a "Pint Tune" for my road bike on the phone with Damon for January and prepaid with store credit, a gift card, and a credit card. He gets major bonus points for completing this transaction with a super-positive attitude and making me feel like I'm a valued customer. This is consistent with all of my experiences at Full Cycle and The Tune Up Tavern every time I come in--throughout the cycling season and during the off season, no matter how busy they are. Service is top-notch, and the folks who work there know what they're doing and CARE. Best bike shop in town, hands down!

All I can tell you is this is absolutely the best bike shop (and possibly the best retail shop) in Boulder hands down! We had a bunch of service done here to our bikes done a few weeks ago and one of the things I had done to my TREK MTB is to put on gravel tires on my MTB so that I could ride trails with my gal who is just starting. We picked the bikes up and as usual they were very busy (because they are swamped and in demand) and I forgot to ask for my old tires back. I would not have cared except for the fact that I had brand new tires on my bike and I thought if I ever wanted to put them back on the bike for MTB riding I could just put those tires back on and away I go! So I called a few weeks after we got the bikes back and someone said "no problem just come back and well figure it out"....then my elderly mother got sick and it took longer than expected to get by the shop and so we went by today and asked for the tires and one of the young guys that was there knew nothing about it and was obviously having a 'rough" day..I figured it was as much my fault as theirs so I said forget it and left and then I received a call from the owner Russ and he said he was sorry for the problem we had and that it was their policy to call and ask if we wanted to dispose of the tires or not when they were changing out tires on a bike and would I please let him make it up to us by giving us an in store credit for the cost of the tires that were lost? We have been through so much lately with my mom and he has no idea how much that little act of kindness means to us! We will NEVER buy a bike or get our bikes serviced from anywhere else in Boulder except for here!

Really annoying sales guy. Just go to university bikes on pearl if you're looking for someone to actually listen to what you're asking for.

Shop was very busy when it opened at 10:00 so the rental process took about 30 minutes. We rented hybrid bikes to ride various trails around Boulder for a day. Staff adjusted the bike and the helmet for a perfect fit. Then they gave us good advice about where to ride. Bikes worked great and we had a great day!

Went on a C no drop group ride with the OWNER of the full cycle boulder as a leader. Felt very unsafe as he told us to ride abreast the whole time, giving NO CHOICE or option for those who feel uncomfortable - I felt stuck not enjoying the ride. Another two persons have expressed they don't enjoy the ride as well. I've been riding bike for a long time but I did not feel secure riding with other ppl who have never done it before by constantly breaking, slowing down or stop pedaling. Nor have anybody told me what to do on the ride unless I was in unsafe situation. People were beyond the white line most of the time and car has honked at us. At one of the streets WITHOUT SHOULDER I called a single line as felt dangerous on a busy road. He TOLD ME to go back to my partner on the next street. At the end of the ride he gathered us only to shame "Karen" , " that woman" (i.e me, my name is Anya) because I promoted SAFETY by calling a single line on a road without shoulder. Bikelaw.com : Bicyclists shall not ride more than two abreast except on paths or parts of the roadways set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles. When riding two abreast, bicyclists shall not impede the movement of motor vehicle traffic.
