Love this place. Beautiful showroom with a great selection. Most of all working with the people there is a 5-star experience. Kevin and Abby in particular have helped me many times. They are so talented and always go above and beyond. It’s such a pleasure and extremely rewarding to visit this store and do business with them..

Absolutely do not recommend. Stay CLEAR. Find someone else.
I could cary on about various issues (like the dishwasher is across from the island and there isn't enough space once the door is open to walk around it to put dishes away) but the one MAJOR issue, is that they designed the island to have under counter outlets. When they had the 3rd party counter company come to measure for the counter, they forgot to tell them about the under counter outlets. The counter is not wide enough to cover the outlets. Not only is it hideous, food and water spills on them.
They told me they would pay for an electrician to put in a normal outlet...How about pay for a new counter, so we can have the outlets we agreed upon, since you did not measure correctly? They have acknowledged this is an oversight on their behalf and have done nothing to fix this error.
Confluence, if you read this, PLEASE fix our counter so it covers our outlets.
Also, the counter at the sink is splitting.

Great designer. Develop a cabinet & flooring solution for our kitchen & bath was beautiful and affordable. Gina did a magnificent job of design & help us with program management. Strongly recommend this design shop.

We worked with Gina Petty, who was simply the most OUTSTANDING kitchen designer ever.! She is not only an out-of-the-box designer and came up with an ingenious design for our new kitchen that maximized and creatively used our existing space, but she is also a stickler for detail and brought years of both designing and cooking to the design for our new kitchen. It is not only beautiful, but masterfully laid out. We could not be more pleased with the result, and would not hesitate to recommend Gina Petty from Confluence to anyone.

The burgers are a must try. I will be back tomorrow.
Super friendly service, uber clean, and the most delicious and creative food I had in Boulder.

We hired Confluence to remodel our entire kitchen and master bath. We chose very modern cabinets, appliances, etc. The process was smooth until the work started. Went with a recommended contractor who was new to the area from Texas. The process was long & drawn out with a large number of specification errors as well as errors from the contractor whom asked to be paid before the job was finished. Dragged on for a year and a half and we finally gave up on the last touch of hinges on one of the main cabinets which is permanently propped open. Meaning after a very large investment over the course of 1 1/2 years the project was never completed. The designer was very kind and helpful but was clearly heavily overwhelmed with projects. We feel this goes back to the ownership not staffing enough employees and having a severely overwhelmed designer. The contractors subs were all very sub-par and most had never worked on high-end projects. Overall an extremely disappointing experience. End product is very nice thanks to all the finishes we chose but would not recommend Confluence to my worst enemy!

as an interior designer i have done a multitude of projects with confluence. they are highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, available and always problem solvers. in short, they make my job much easier and are such a pleasure to work with!

Their website says “Service you can trust and an experience you will enjoy” is far from the truth! Our designer was Chelsea DeFelice and the salesperson was Kris. After spending over $20K we are stuck with a defective faucet and kitchen hardware that was guaranteed to cover our existing holes of our old hardware. The lack of professionalism and concern for our problems are unacceptable. These products can be found elsewhere at a better price, with better customer service. Learn from our mistakes.

We (my husband and I) found the ConfluenceKB team to be wonderfully helpful, artistically talented and so enjoyable to work with! Especially Kris, Abbey, Taffee and Craig. Kris Maher was our Designer/Specifyer who we spent the greatest time with on our whole-house renovation. Kris' insights on materials, sources and delivery times were invaluable. Even though I had spent many years myself in related design fields, Kris' design smarts and prior experiences took our project to a much higher level of achievement. We are thrilled with our results! Gina at CKB is a wonderfully talented designer. Boulder has a large mix of decor and style, and it takes someone with real expertise to blend them together. Not only does she have great taste, but she takes all preferences and guidance to heart and understands the importance of budget. She also has great contacts for counters, appliances, and other necessities. We loved our experience with Gina and would highly recommend her for anyone doing a kitchen renovation.

Didn't get a very good vibe from this place. I happened to be picking something up at McGuckins, so I figured I'd stop by and check out their countertops. I must have walked around the store about 4 times before someone stopped to talk to me (and I think the only reason why was because my son was playing with the shower heads). They certainly saw me there, but didn't even stop to say "hello" or "we'll be with you in just a moment." When someone finally stopped to talk to me, I asked about the procedure of getting countertops. She said I'd have to pick out the one I wanted and bring in measurements, then talk to one of the designers. None of the countertops have prices listed on them... that's kind of a big factor in what I choose. Oh well, I guess I'll take my business somewhere else.

Overall, simply FANTASTIC! Ed and his team helped me complete a walls in remodel for our daughter from CA during C19. We never met personally until the job was about done - and it was a BIG one with many things that came up, particularly getting product. It was a big push but move in was within days of target and the townhome is lovely! Couldn't have done this without Ed, his resources, thoughtfulness, responsiveness and so much help.
