I'v been a cricket customer for several years and I love the way that the store manager Joana has trained her employee Sarita they are so kind and respectful and have had a lot of patience while helping me and other customers at the same yime. They always have a way to help out their customers with their needs I haven't seen this customer service for a long time in this store. So if you need any help stop by at this location! Rose.

It is certainly not good business practice for the internet to show that the store is open and then to get there and it is closed. This happened at two different Cricket stores on this Sunday. What a waste of time to go from Lafayette to Boulder and have both stores closed. Authorized dealers, if you respect your customers then please post the correct hours out of respect to their time and gasoline!

Drove from Lafayette to Boulder to cricket wireless and google says they're open, the sign on the door said they're open... But the doors are locked? Big waste of a Sunday afternoon, and this is the second cricket store That was supposed to be open.

Absolutely some of the worst customer service that I can remember. I've tried to get help there twice and the same person behind the counter just said no I can't help you call customer service. So I call customer service and then customer service says I have to go in store. Even showed her the transcript the second time. She was completely disinterested in doing anything even remotely close to resembling help both times. Just a "no we can't, call CS" didn't even try to do anything just a not my job and back to playing on her phone or gossiping with her coworkers the second time. And then I went to a store in Longmont and they were able to help. It took 10 minutes to get it taken care of in Longmont but because of this gals lack of any customer service skills I've spent hours on the phone, online, and in person trying to figure it out. So glad to be switching carriers.

This Cricket store has always taken care of me and everything i need. On March 1st, i went to pay my bill. Then Danielle saved me $30 a month on my bill because i have Medicaid. So my bill each monrh is FREE! Thank you so much, Danielle!
