Absolutely some of the worst customer service that I can remember. I've tried to get help there twice and the same person behind the counter just said no I can't help you call customer service. So I call customer service and then customer service says I have to go in store. Even showed her the transcript the second time. She was completely disinterested in doing anything even remotely close to resembling help both times. Just a "no we can't, call CS" didn't even try to do anything just a not my job and back to playing on her phone or gossiping with her coworkers the second time. And then I went to a store in Longmont and they were able to help. It took 10 minutes to get it taken care of in Longmont but because of this gals lack of any customer service skills I've spent hours on the phone, online, and in person trying to figure it out. So glad to be switching carriers.

This Cricket store has always taken care of me and everything i need. On March 1st, i went to pay my bill. Then Danielle saved me $30 a month on my bill because i have Medicaid. So my bill each monrh is FREE! Thank you so much, Danielle!

i want to share that i have been having trouble with my visual voice mail. for about 3 and half weeks went to the cricket in cheyenne wy .they gave me a few suggestions they disnt work . so i thought let me try a different store so i found the Boulder location. and Destiny your store rep or manager fixed my phone in a few minutes and has restored my visual voicemail. 3 things she was polite attentive and knowledgeable.. thank you Destiny . from a very greatful customer. Phil☺☺

Well, this isn't really a review, but an apology for a mean review I wrote earlier. Though it was a bad experience, my 3rd attempt in even prior to COVID-19. There were signs on door, back in 15 minutes and I waited 20 minutes. At this juncture, I'm extremely frustrated with Cricket. After attempting to delete my post but couldn't-I flagged it. I'm sure you're a wonderful person and have tolerated so much from rude or frustrated customers. We came to the store at scheduled hours as we are seniors and didn't want to be among many people. We banged loudly because the office is tucked way in the back of store and perhaps you didn't see nor hear us? (customers over a year now) I needed a phone so I checked Cricket/Longmont only to find 2 female employees were attacked by a male customer recently. It occurred to me afterwards that perhaps I'm NOT the only one having a bad day, perhaps this young woman's having a really bad day. Life happens and sometimes the best laid plans don't work out, for any of us, that's just life. I should have been more understanding especially in this uncertain world we live in today and I wish you well and better days. BTW, you guys really should make more than minimum wage. Terrible company, unprofessional and a waste of time, they are very hard to deal with and they charge you for any kind of small service fee. Worst phone company I've had in my lifetime.

They tried to cheat. I was told that porting cost would be $25 activation fee + 9.99 for sim card + i can only opt for unlimited plan and nothing else. This sounded fishy. On chatting with the online representative i was told that i could opt for my plan and the activation + sim fees are 25 in store and 9.99 online.
