After a long day with my wife of finding out our animal is sick at the vet, we decided to go over to Crossville Studios to look at some tile to help take our minds off things. Both ladies who work here were kind, helpful and patient with us. They have an awesome selection of options and we look forward to shopping here more in the future.

Nothing in stock there, as I discovered is the norm for many puff these places. A few exciting colored tiles. They were friendly but seemed a little sad when they realized we only wanted a small number of tiles.

The team in the back is very helpful and knowledgable about all the products sold. The sales people up front are not helpful, lack necessary knowledge and provide incomplete information. If you go to this store, ignore everyone up front and walk to the back. That is the only way to get accurate information.

Hours of operation are not what it says in google. I have been here twice, once on a Saturday, when they had said they're open until 12, and they were closed. They're supposed to also be open until 6 PM, I show up at 5:10 and they're closed. Please update your hours on the Google landing page for your store
