I've had good and bad experiences here (read... some 0 star, and some 4 star, so I rate it 2 star overall). There always seems to be 4 or 5 people working, but usually only one serving customers. After I receive a text saying something is ready, often it's not in the bin with all the filled orders. Instead the one person serving customers has to go to several different places in the store to see what happened to my order.
Sometimes I've been in line and get moved to the other line for something the one person can't deal with. But the other line doesn't have anyone working there, so you wait more. The other 4 people in the place are doing who knows what...?
Sometimes everything goes as planned and there's no problem. A few of the people there are actually nice and very helpful. If you get one of those, you'll have a better experience.

Pharmacy at Pearl Street CVS @Target went out of their way to help me transfer a script while on vacation in Boulder. The pharmacist even called me to make sure everything was set. Amazing service.

It's worth the wait- they are busy! They saved me over $500 for my eye drop prescription (for 3 months supply)! Ash helped me and he was great!

Left a voicemail for a prescription transfer and they got back to me within the hour, and offered to fill it within 15 minutes even though I didn’t need it until the afternoon— what incredible responsiveness and service!🥰

The staff working here are by far the most friendly and helpful I've found in any of Boulder. I recently switched on prescription here, and everyone was so shockingly considerate and responsive. High gives to this pharmacy staff I appreciate you!

The staff at CVS Pharmacy in Target are amazing. They are always kind and often go out of their way to help the customers out. I absolutely love them.

Stood in line for 20 minutes to get medication. Got up to the counter, got my meds and the red headed attendant told me they only ring up 3 Target items on top of the meds. I had 5. I said, CU students are in town, are you going to make me stand in another line? She said...."I don't work for Target!" Really......cause I thought you were inside Target, CVS or something! Ridiculous. I HAD TO GO checkout elsewhere.
Unnecessary, passive aggressive and RUDE!!!
