Our realtor, David Trow, did a wonderful job for us selling our home in Loveland. It was on the market for just over 2 weeks, which in this real estate market, is amazing. We connected with David right off the bat when we interviewed him to sell our home. His friendly manner and interest in our personal story made it easy to select him as our realtor. We really appreciated the attention to detail he showed in finding out all the unique things about our home and when it went on the market, he made helpful signs to indicate for example, that the kitchen had been completely remodeled and that we had put in an EV charging port in the garage. He was very enthusiastic about our landscaping as well, showing his appreciation for our large garden and our many fruit trees and bushes. We are glad that we selected David because he was a pleasure to work with and our house sold for its full asking price in a very short timeframe.

We have now worker with David twice, once buying and once selling, and both times he exceeded our expectations. He treats his profession with the same passion as he treats his ultramarathons: he gives 100% every time.Most recently, we needed to sell an apartment in Boulder. It was older, interest rates had just gone up, and the market was really suffering. David got us hooked up with great electricians, plumbers, and painters and after whipping the apartment into shape he held an open house or two and it sold ASAP for more than we’d expected. I want to say it was within maybe two weeks, and while we were traveling abroad!We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will use David for any local real estate transactions in the future.

David not only came highly recommended by a close family member but also, I found, is held in such high regard in the Colorado real estate industry as a whole. He was such a blessing to me and my kids during one of the most devastating and challenging times of our life thus far. My wife and I purchased a house in the Denver area with David’s help. We purchased the house from out of state, but with David’s help it was still a smooth and seamless process. We only had a 2-week window of visiting Denver to tour homes in the area and David was very accommodating for our schedule and the number of houses that we wanted to view. He provided great knowledge and insight on the construction and different building codes for each of the homes that really helped us make the most informed decision possible.After we got into closing, he helped with scheduling and providing access for the inspection and different vendors. He set realistic expectations on what to expect during the closing process. We are so grateful that we had David helping us through the daunting task of purchasing our first home and can't imagine having gone through the process with anyone else.
