Horrible customer service. Insults and aggressive body language made me feel unsafe. I still feel uncomfortable when driving past this place. Find somewhere else that will treat you and your clothes better.

STAY AWAY!!!! My husband brought a custom Italian tux jacket to Dependable Cleaners in hopes they could remove a small food stain. When we received it back, there was a large burn mark where the stain used to be. They completely ruined his jacket, which has to now be completely replaced. Dependable Cleaners took no responsibility in the burn mark and offered no financial assistance to us. Also - the owner always has a sour look on her face. Horrible customer service. We brought 4 suits in and the worker threw them all in a clump together once he took them off the hanger. Didn't bother to fold them. After he was done he didn't give a suit bag and instead bagged all the shirts together and all the pants together. Also quite expensive.Service: Organic dry cleaning

Parked in their "10 minute drop-off spot" (which didn't even really have any branding for them other than a very small very faded sticker) for maybe 5-10 minutes AFTER they were already closed to pick up food from the restaurant next door. As I am returning to my car, an employee comes out and asks me if I know how to read and tells me to park somewhere else next time.I'm not one to park in reserved spots normally, but I honestly thought it was reserved for food pick up from the restaurant next door, as I couldn't make out the branding on their faded sticker. I wouldn't even be posting here if I hadn't been asked if I knew how to read, which, given that they were already closed, was an extremely rude interaction.I was considering using them to have some dress clothes cleaned, as they appeared to be one of the better laundry services in Boulder, but due to this interaction they will not be receiving my business.

By far the worst dry cleaning location in Colorado. Picked up my clothing covered in lint and with all the original stains. Company said they were too busy to spend the necessary time cleaning my articles of clothing. Manger was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Customers are better off taking their money elsewhere.

Shannon provides outstanding service. I had some tailoring needs that were somewhat complicated. She sent my items back to the tailor to have them properly fixed as they weren't up to her exacting standards.Very friendly. Great service. Highly recommend.Service: Alterations

I have a beautiful Anthropologie quilt that requires dry cleaning. I took it in, and specified that it needed to be dry cleaned (as it states clearly on the label). When it came back to me, all of the filling was in gigantic lumps and it no longer has the texture of a quilt. I'm not going to sleep under it, and I'm not going to have guests sleep under it either. It seems as though the quilt was washed rather than dry cleaned (I know from experience, because I had accidentally washed the pillow shams in the set and was met with the same lumpy effect). So this appears to be an honest mistake, and that's fine. What's not okay is that the person who returned it to me did not mention anything about a mistake and did not mention the lumpy interior. In addition, the receipt said "lumpy when received" which was a lie. I had aired the quilt out the day before taking it to Dependable Cleaners and it had been in great condition at that time. I don't mind that people make mistakes. I do mind dishonesty and I was really disappointed that Dependable Cleaners didn't handle this situation better.

I feel like I got raped and robbed. $56.00 for a small bag of of wash and fold ? Talk about Fornication Under Consent of the King. The same laundry bag I bring into a place in NYC costs me $12.00 and they fold it so it all fits in. You should be ashamed of yourselves charging those prices. RIP OFF !!!

Dependable Cleaners Branch 25 in Boulder is by far the best dry cleaning service I have ever used! Their attention to detail and professionalism are truly remarkable. In particular I have been so impressed with their route manager James who is an effective communicator and is infinitely DEPENDABLE. I have used most of the dry cleaners in Boulder and no one comes close to Dependable.
