Can't say enough good things about Ethan and the service he provides. Amazing shop and excellent customer service. The communication is awesome and very responsive and he really is an expert on builds and upgrades be it analog or electric. Highly recommend Ethan and Dirt Merchant!

Ethan at Dirt Merchant Bicycles is a pretty sweet shop! I needed suspension work done in a pinch and Ethan went above and beyond to take care of me and my bike! Local shops this Dirt Merchant Bicycles seem to give the best service! What an awesome experience! Definitely worth checking them out for anything mtb related!...

The dirt merchant was the only shop in the U.S. that carried the Banshee drop out I needed. They helped me find the correct one for my bike. Great service.
