I have been a patient of Dr. Postma and her staff since 2008 (15 years) and have always been pleased by their expertise, professionalism and courtesy.I have a very difficult perscription and peculiar eye issues to resolve and Dr. Postma has been extremely patient and thoughtful to resolve these complicated concerns. She complements her expertise with Joyce's, her staff optomitrist, extraordinary attention to detail, thinking out of the box solutions and dedication to the highest quality patient care and professionalism. They go beyond basic patient care to ensure satisfaction with excellent advanced and personal patient-care services.

I'm very disappointed. I've been coming here for my glasses as long as I can remember. The optometrist is lovely and friendly and I admire that, but suddenly last time I visited, the optician (not the optometrist) started insisting that they couldn't change my lenses in house because of what type of frames I have, and I needed to send the frame in to the factory to get the new lenses put in. I need my glasses for work so this wasn't possible. Unfortunately I let them convince me to buy an entirely identical frame to get the new lenses in so I could keep my old ones on. These frames were brand new! I had only worn them between one visit and they had me buy new ones the moment i needed new lenses.I'm very sensitive to new frames and how they fit, so needing to adjust to new frames every new lens correction is awful. I have let this stew for months now and I just don't know what to do. I feel cheated. I still don't understand why they won't replace my lenses in-house and I don't feel like going back after wasting money on a new frame for no clear reason. This just isn't right.

Before my appointment, I was a nervous patient and Dr. Postma made my visit an absolute breeze. Very comfortable and nice environment. One of the best doctors I have been to in years.

Great support and patience with difficult prescriptions. Dr. Postma has supported me pre and post eye surgery and always taken the extra time to get the evaluation exact.
