I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, have left voicemails asking to be called back because no one answers the phone, have been kicked to voicemail immediately with a “we’re closed” message during hours they should be open, etc. Truly surprised at the lack of any customer service considering this has always been such a great business.

I want to warn anyone who orders from this store to BEWARE. On 12-13-22 I ordered a gift for my mother to be delivered 12-24-22 to her home. My credit card was immediately charged. The delivery was never made. I tried to use the tracking number and got a recording that my order had been submitted but it couldn't be tracked. I called the store for a week and a half, never was able to talk to a person so left my name, number, order number and phone number. No one contacted me. I went to the web page for the whole company and filled out complaint. They said they would get on it and get back to me in 48 hours. Nothing. On the 6th of January I got an email that my order had been cancelled. No explanation, no apology...nothing.There is no option for "no star" so had to go one star to post; what a joke!

Wish there were a "O" rating available. This local "Edible" store never delivered a Christmas fruit arrangement with no communication despite leaving messages.

Should've, could've, would've. If I'd only read the reviews... How does a legitimate company stay in business? This arrangement was supposed to be my dessert table centerpiece at my holiday party and it was a "No show". I spent a lot of time picking and customizing this arrangement on their website. I set up the delivery and paid for it. The day before it was suppose to be delivered I called several times to a voice telling me " to be sweet ". Well instead I was sour! Do not order from this business, They will gladly except your money for an " arrangement " you'll never get.

this edible arrangements never delivered my order. i assumed i would get a phone call at the very least to inform me if and when it would be delivered, but was not communicated with at all throughout the day. very disappointed with the experience and will not be returning.

This review is directed toward Courtney, a new employee of Edible Arrangements. Thank you for delivering my specialized order with all of my requests accounted for. Actually, they were exceeded and you fulfilled my order within the given timeframe. My friend was blown away by the care and artistry you implemented into the design. The rest of the department was very jealous of her gift (which she was very possessive about after seeing it).

Used to be an employee of this business. The owner is absutly terrible!!!! She does not pay on time. Does not give breaks. Takes your tips, and gives No personal time off or sick days. As of Mon, Nov 28,2022. The owner terminated me. I have worked for her for over a year. She lies, and will take your money, but produce no product.She did not hire staff to full the orders and expected me to do everything.She is also very racist. I have olive completion and she asked me if I was Mexican.This quality of c food safety is as wl a issue. I moved on. My rights were violated and her husband Joe . As well talked disrespect to me. So please please, BEWARE!!!!!!!

Rude manager who was highly disrespectful. Only because I questioned about how can you say something was delivered when it wasn’t yet. Then to say they “almost” delivered to the wrong address but caught themselves before they did….Now when I try to call they hang up the phone.

I ordered a Thanksgiving themed arrangement. It was never delivered. I contacted customer service and it was never resolved. I contacted the store directly and I was refunded but they never called me despite messages. Did not offer to do anything for me. I will never order from them again. The manager was rude and angry about the situation and claimed her staff did this to multiple orders

Upon placing my order there was a little confusion and the delivery wasn't made until after hours of the medical facility but Violet called me the following day and went beyond my expectations to resolve the situation. She made a second fruit bouquet for FREE and added extra items to the order to make my granddaughter's birthday SPECTACULAR!! The bouquet was delivered early afternoon, with the largest number 8 Mylar balloon you could imagine and also included a huge Unicorn stuffed animal! Violet is a very Considerate, Conscientious and an Amazing person. She really Cares for the customer and wants to ensure you're more than satisfied, she'll give an Exceptional personal touch to your order. Thank You Violet
