The staff at Elevations are friendly, knowledgable, competent and helpful. There are a few things that Elevations (or any credit union) can’t do that an interstate bank can, but for everything else they are hugely preferable. The staff at the downtown branch are just as good as at the other branches. We have been banking with Elevations for > 30 years and I don’t think that I’ve had a bad experience with them in all that time.

Came in with a million questions and requests, stressed out of my mind and was helped out by Kelly, who was incredibly kind a patient and helped me figure out every concern quickly and easily. Couldn’t recommend elevations and their employees more I’ve never had a bad experience and they are always delightful

My sister and I worked with Patricia at the Walnut branch to get an account set up for an aging parent and Patricia was simply AMAZING in every respect. Patty's knowledge, patience, reassurance and customer service went above and beyond our expectations, and we had high expectations to begin with. Thank you! (Casper says thanks for the doggie treats, too.)

Consistantly undertrained tellers. Takes forever to get a transaction completed. Used to be a great credit union, now, not so much.

This branch has consistently provided poor service and has dramatically reduced my enjoyment of banking with elevations credit union. On multiple occasions they have not been able to provide cash or coins. According to the representative on duty today, August 1st, Mercy, they do not have people that work “permanently” at the branch and as such do not have keys to the drawers. They would also not inform me when a person with keys would return so that I could come back to get coins out of my account when someone with the drawer keys was on duty. Overall, my advice to others is to find another bank outside of ECU.

Elevations CU is an extremely annoying company that sends out junk mail designed to seem very important and urgent. I would avoid a shady company like this.

I just made a international wire transfer using elevations CU. Conversion to Euros. I've been with them since the early 90's. They told me the wire fee was $45 for each wire. It turns out there are HIDDEN FEES because Elevations does the wiring using another bank. Chase bank, which then tacks on 2% on the published exchange rate, which is a hugely significant amount of money. So elevations either apparently doesn't know this, or they didn't bother to tell me. It was me checking the transfer amount, doing the math and seeing a large discrepancy between what we had calculated in the bank using the published exchange rate, and the amount of money taken from my account. Had I been aware of these hidden fees I would have looked for alternative. The employees at elevations may or may not know about the hidden fees, but either way their published wiring fee lf $45 is a misrepresentation of the actual fees. Clearly a case of hidden fees that banks are notorious for. That cheerful and friendly service was hugely expensive. I'm be moving my money to banca monte dei paschi di Siena. Not by wire though.

The staff is so kind and helpful in person but the fact that I can’t call and speak to someone at my local branch is infuriating.Every single time I’ve had to call the credit union there is an extremely long wait and callback time to speak to someone.Considering there is a pandemic funneling people into the branches to get an answer to a short and simple question seems like a really bad idea.I’m a relatively new member but have never had experiences like this at other credit unions. It’s enough to make me want to leave elevations and try someone else.
