1) Shellac pedicure didn't even last 2 days.
2) Wanted a basic pedicure ($35) with shellac, but somehow was charged $65 for a deluxe pedicure.
3) People give 5 star reviews because they're offered $3 off.
Was visiting for the day or would have gone back for my money. Might try to refute my credit card charge.
**Update to business response**
They obviously didn't read my review
1) I was only in Boulder for the day, I live several hours away. How was I supposed to come back? I tried calling about this.
2) No one said a price before service. The pedicure posters with pricing say $35 with no indication of what gel costs. Other places with gel have averaged $10 more for pedicures. That still doesn't add up to $65 I was charged.
3) I did not request ANY upcharge during my service. I was reading my book the entire time and my technician didn't ask a single question.
4) The front desk upon check out literally said they offer everyone $$ off for 5star reviews.

My daughter wanted a fun set of nails before going on a trip to the lake this summer. She had her best friend Scarlett design the nails, then we showed the design to the nail technician at Encore (I forgot to ask her name, but she was amazing)! She did an incredible job bringing the design to life, and she was friendly and efficient in the process. We will definitely come back for future sets! You can count on the folks at Encore to deliver a top notch experience at an affordable price. We are so happy!
