I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional service I received from Sean at FedEx. I came in with a tight turnaround request and some anxiety after a truly terrible experience at Office Depot, but Sean immediately put me at ease. Not only did he not make me feel bad for needing a rush job—he handled everything with calm professionalism and genuine kindness—but he also went above and beyond by making thoughtful suggestions on style that truly improved the final result.
Sean’s care and attention to detail made all the difference. Thanks to him, I was able to fully enjoy my friend’s special day knowing everything looked perfect. In an industry where customer service often feels like an afterthought, Sean really stood out. This was the kind of service I haven’t experienced in years, and I am incredibly grateful. FedEx is lucky to have him.

This place is WEIRD. Although they display a FEDEX sign on their window… Perhaps it is not be an official FedEx office.
When I tried to drop off my package with a QR code generated by Saucony for a complementary return, they handed me a bill for $4.69
$2 device fee
$1 for 2 pieces of shipping tape
Tax
Next time I will just drive to the actual Fedex office on pearl street

Went here to get a US passport photo, and there were shadows on the background due to the flash. The shadows made it look like I had giant ears. The photo requirements on the government website say that there should not be any shadows on the background. So I rejected the photo and went to Mike's camera instead.
The employee said that their customers have not had issues with these shadows, but I have had close calls in the past and didn't want to take any chances (especially if I am paying).

Shipped a large portion of my dad's estate files, journals and photos to my sister in charge of the estate. Was quoted $2400, which I approved. I was then charged $3100 without any notice. When I called them to let them know about this they said I would be refunded within a week. It's been 5 weeks and the manager of the store, Paul, has basically kept feeding me the same lie every other week. He barely answers the phone. I usually don't leave bad reviews or put people on blast but that's a lot of money for me and to be kept on a line for something that isn't my fault is a bit beyond rude.

Staff is rude and incompetent. They printed two copies of a shipping label and applied to my shipment and a random stranger's. Then lied about calling us. So critical medication didn't get delivered. Then pawned us off on FedEx's broken claim website.
So avoid this place and FedEx altogether.

No stars actually. We were there on Sunday August 18th and wanted to ship an item. The female manager and Alex were not very friendly. Their customer service skills need a lot of work. No good afternoon, no greetings with a smile. Absolutely nothing. Then asked Alex to pack the item in front of us and he looked at the manager and shook his head and she rolled her eyes. He then packaged it in front of us and put the label on it, but definitely not happy about it. We will not be back

Some employees are helpful but others expect you to know and understand sending out return orders. One of the employees that was working with me was very uncommunicative on the steps and just stared at me expecting me to know what to do next, they’d walk away from me leaving me unsure if I was done, if I needed to wait, or if they wanted me over at the counter. I don’t return packages often so I’m not familiar with the process. After everything was done, the package I tried to return got shipped back to my house.

This store just helped me get my tracking numbers after the location I sent the packages to did absolutely nothing. After speaking to this other store, I was under the impression that my packages were lost forever without the tracking number. An employee at this location found the numbers for me in 15 minutes. Very thankful, and the employees at this store have always been extremely helpful to me.
