The manager, Paul, hates his job, his customers, and his life (I'm assuming). Went in one afternoon - the assistant manager Melissa was able to understand what I needed and worked on my project after I left. While I was waiting, I witnessed Paul be short and very mean with one customer (it was 4:45 and he had put his jacket on and was ready to GTFO.) I returned the next day after Paul interrupted Melissa and I to tell me my project wasn't worth their time, and left before I could respond. I'll find a better service. Peace FedEx and Paul, I hope you're next manager job is graveyard shift at a gas station.

I have always had a pleasant experience when shipping 3-4 times. They even gave my small dog treats twice.

The new layout of the store at Pearl and 28th in Boulder, Colorado is new to me. I looked around and saw about six people in the line for shipping/sales. There was one person in line for "Print". I needed to have some printing done so I got in that line. The person in front of me was also shipping a package. When they were done, the man behind the counter called out for the next person in line from the other line. I was confused. I stepped back to re-evaluate where I should be and the man behind the counter yells at me that she was here before me. I thought okay, I'm in the wrong line; there is only one line. As I turned to get in the other line, he yells again that she was there before me. I matched his volume and said that I understood. He then yelled, "Well, your body language didn't indicate you understood. Everyone in the store looked up at me and then back at him. One man shook his head and laughed. With that I just kept walking toward the door. He said something else as I was delayed with holding the door for someone. I believe this person yelling is the manager. No employee would attack a customer like that. I called the store later to ask for the manager's name. I spoke with a young person named "Jack". Instead of providing the name, he wanted to know why I wanted the manager's name. I said that I needed to speak with him. He then gave me the manager's first name, Paul. He wouldn't provide me his last name at first and then said he didn't know the manager's last name. I wanted to communicate with him or his superior instead of writing this online but they made that impossible. If "Paul" is the manager and he is the one who yelled at and towards me when I was confused as to where I should be, then Paul, you are a poor manager and a poor example for your employees and you lost out on a 600.00 sale. I do hope someone in upper level management reads this.

It's a fedex pack and ship center. It's pretty standard. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Worst service I’ve ever had. The employees try their hearts out and the manager truly needs an anger management course as stated previously. I grabbed an envelope after I walked in and he screams “SIR JUST BUY ONE BACK HERE” — I had no idea he was talking to me, I assumed retail items available in store were for the picking, silly me. He then proceeded with “OR NOT” when I made my way to the counter to follow his instruction. What a joke this guy is.

I found the staff (Melissa) extremely helpful. The manager needs to take an anger management course. He escalated a misunderstanding with an elderly man checking out and made customers extremely uncomfortable. I'll never go there again.

I don’t like feeling like a burden to places, and while trying to drop off two packages, the assistant manager was just very rude. I don’t expect anyone to walk an eggshells, but even a greeting and avoiding rolling your eyes when asking questions would be nice.

Called to see if they can "pack and ship" an e-scooter that I no longer have the box for. Was told no, but they can sell me the box and accept the shipment once packed. So I go in, and am told "oh no, we can't accept that here", and told to go to their hazardous shipment place in Broomfield. Thought to google that first and sure enough it says it's not open to the public. Eventually call fedex's 800 number and get told "yeah, that's not open to the public". So much wrong information and wasted time.

They sent me to a wrong address because they said they don't accept hazmat packages, at the end after going from one place to another and wasting gas and time, I had to call FedEx to schedule a pickup which is what I had done the beginning. FedEx is the worst of all shipping companies, I really hope I don't have to use their services in my lifetime. The employees are all rude and really incompetent.

Amanda is the greatest helper! Totally worth the extra fee on making my stickers the correct sizes and such! I’m a first timer here with printing stickers and she didn’t make me feel stupid for not being experienced.

Without a doubt the rudest, most disrespectful service I have ever received from any type of customer service "professional". The employee named Paige was shockingly rude and in front of a young child. I'm still reeling at being spoken to like that from a stranger. Wow. Other than that, unfortunately, the services did not match the website description.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving superb customer service from Richard. I came in with a rather complex document printing job, and Richard's expertise and dedication were absolutely outstanding. He patiently walked me through the process, explained the different printing options, and helped me choose the best one for my needs. He made sure the document looked perfect before printing and even adjusted some formatting issues that I had overlooked.Despite the store being busy, Richard dedicated his time to ensure my task was handled with the utmost precision and care. His exceptional professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction turned a potentially stressful situation into a seamless experience.Thank you, Richard, for setting a new benchmark in customer service. I will definitely return for future printing and shipping needs. Five stars well deserved!

I haven’t had any issues shipping (maybe because I ship online and just drop it off in store). But I went to try and print something yesterday. I started to hand my USB to the employee, and he told me I should go to Walgreens to print.

Amanda, was kind, patient, and entirely helpful to find my package when I lost the tracking number. I can hardly thank her enough.

This location is so great. I was struggling getting a bound presentation just right and one of the employees, Laura, was helping me find the best way and option to choose to print it based off of my Canva presentation. Then when I went to pick it up, I noticed another typo mistake (I had already found one ??♀️) and Paige was so nice to let me email the correct slides and put it all back together again in 30 minutes (because of course I was in a hurry) Beyond customer service, thank for helping me so much!
