Awful customer service, they treat you like dirt here. Most staff give you scowling looks, they were super rude to me and others multiple times I've been here. They act annoyed at simple requests. One gal got angry and snippy when the woman next to me was taking a little while because she was older. The manager was scolding another employee because she didn't know where the copy machine was. It's like they've actively trying to be as hostile as possible

I've been a customer of FirstBank for about 17 years now and for good reason. Without fail, from staff to the manager of the bank, I experienced genuine friendliness and remarkable efficiency. In fact, the staff and manager went out of their way to accommodate me even when I lived in Europe for a couple of years or to help resolve difficult business matters. I greatly appreciate FirstBank!

Wasted 10 minutes of my life as they tried to get all of my personal information. Just to tell me they wanted 5$ to cash a check from their bank. Very rude and had no idea what they were doing or why.

We use 1st bank for a number of business accounts as well as our personal finance. We left Chase because we felt that Chase simply did not value our small business as a client. Amber is our banker and she is insanely responsive and helpful. Emails to her typically get answered in under an hour during business hours and she is ON POINT with her responses. The fees here are very slightly higher than larger banks like Chase. However, the time saved by having some one like Amber to answer just one of my questions rapidly is worth a year's fees alone. So happy we found a home for our finances!

Teri is such an amazing Helper here is first bank his so friendly and very helpful in what u need I love coming to this first bank the people that work here are professionals and know the banks standers and policy’s ! Love them will keep coming here

Occasionally you go into a business and you get exceptional service. Above and beyond. That happened today with a specialist name Amber. I came in to get a bunch of stuff notarized without an appointment… And she immediately took care of me with such amazing customer service. So much so, that I’m seriously thinking of moving all my banking needs to first bank. It’s just an example how kindness and care can have such a strong impact. Thank you Amber!
