Been with first bank for many years. They have been very attentive to my transactions and alerted me immediately after attempted fraud on my debit card. I will be moving out of state end of month and have to switch to a new bank I'm sad to have to do this

Fraudulent withdrawal! I overnighted a check to Emich Volkswagen to help my daughter purchase a car. My check was taken to Nancy Alpizar at First Bank on Pearl. The check was deposited into Emich's account, First Bank withdrew an additional unauthorized $7,000 from my account. It has been 8 days and I have yet to be reimbursed. No sense of urgency to correct the error or return the money to my account.

WARNING! This bank is incompetent. They prey on the elderly. My late mother opened an account when they had a branch at King Soopers. They have no investment options other than extremely low interest CDs. They also screwed up her POD so that I had to spend thousands on lawyers to handle the probate proceedings. Don’t trust this bank!

So sad this used to be my steady reliable go to steady branch and I'm sorry to have to admit that this is no longer the case. I had one of the worst teller experiences in my 30 years with these people today. No way to treat loyal customers and who hires these people who make it their purpose to let you know how much of a bother you are to them by asking them to do their jobs? So sad and frustrating ... this teller is so rude and angry ... NO THANKS.Does anyone who works there care ?

I have used FirstBank for 10 years or more. All of the branches I ever visited or called have had very helpful and pleasant service people. I have used the Boulder branch on Baseline Rd since Nov 2020. This branch has and continues to provide a good banking experience.

I have never written a review however I do not want anybody to have the same experience I had due to being uninformed. and in all fairness maybe everybody in the bank or associated with the bank that day was having a bad day but i had a horrible experience trying to transfer a little bit of my own money out of 1st bank into another financial institution. Online customer service was extremely unprofessional in their approach after waiting their mandatory 3-day period and even the assistant manager inside the bank was of no support and displayed very poor customer service skills! I closed my account and same day went to First National Bank of Omaha and they handled all of my concerns immediately and I am extremely happy with them so Thank you 1st bank and assistant manager for making me choose another institution that is much more professional!! I have left names out because I am trying to be as professional as i can be memorializing this experience!

BEWARE BEWARE - this facility and 1stBank does not follow State Orders on C19. They allow unmasked people in the lobby and at the counter and do nothing about it. This happened to me on 9/11/20. I have not encountered this in any Boulder business and was caught completely unaware when I ended up standing next to an unmasked person. My teller said they asked him to put on a mask but he said he did not want to - so they let him stay and possibly infect me, other customers and their employees. I complained to 1stBank and the 2 men I talked with made excuses and confirmed they would do nothing about future unmasked people. Per John Ricotta 1stBank will continue to violate State Law and expose people to infection.

We waited there for 20 minutes to open an account nobody at the bank responding .infact all of them stare at us like we are an aliens and most of them were seems free .looks wierd but it really happened
