Bought a RDX in late May, 2024. Zach was great to deal with and the transaction went smooth. Great RDX selection, both new and (late model) used. First time buyer with both Fisher and Acura. Though we have had Honda's for over 20 years. I hope the service department and vehicle itself will get a 5 star from me in the future.

Well it’s been 2 years and guess what? We came back to Fisher to get a new lease on a new car. We always enjoy visiting Jarod and all the guys at Fisher. From the Sales team to Finance to the Service Dept, we always get the best customer service. We always feel like family when we leave there.

Though I have been working with Fisher Acura for 7 years, I have seen a deterioration in service and customer care in the last 6 months.In 2023, I noticed a squeaking sound in my front driver's wheel. Fisher ultimately fixed this, noting that there was metal rubbing against the brake. When the sound returned in 9/2023, I was told it was from my front struts being worn out (and the brake was fine). I replaced the struts and the sound never went away. At the next service appt, 3 months later, I was told I needed to replace the front struts, and then received regular reminders about this. When I called Fisher out on this, asking why they were interested in replacing the struts that had just been replaced by them, I was told that the tech had noticed that the dust covers were never installed on the struts. When I asked Fisher to rectify this, the service tech (?Jason) initially blew me off indicating that "we would have to take the struts off." When I pushed, he indicated he would talk to the manager the next day, but I never heard back. I called asking for the manager and was told he would call me back, but never heard from that person.It is distressing that on this last visit, when I complained about the struts and noise, I was told I needed to spend $2400 to replace the front control arm and front bushings. I brought the car to Christian Brothers for a second opinion, who said the control arm was fine and the sound was from bent metal around the brake, which they promptly fixed and the sound is gone.The service associates are generally very polite and friendly. The person whom I have spoken with parts was also very helpful. However, as a place for service, Fisher Acura came across as indifferent and incompetent. I hope my experience was a one off, but it feels as though unnecessary, expensive repairs drive Fisher's business. Either way, I would proceed with caution.

Had a great car buying experience with this dealer and Mark McVicar who assisted me. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable in helping me make a final decision. This was the least stressful car purchase I've ever made. I'll shop here again when it's time. Right now I'm loving my new vehicle! ?

Great price on a car, but came with a lot of pain to get the car bought.1. Ran a HARD credit report, even though I was paying cash. Wanted all my information, and I told the sales lady do not pull a credit report. Said they just needed it for records. Sure enough 5 minutes later I get an alert to someone pulling my credit report. Confronted them on it and they blamed it on the poor new sales women. Need to change their policy or have a form that explicitly says why they are pulling a credit report even though there is no financing. Pretty sure it is a law that you have to get permission before pulling a hard credit report. Bought many cars and never have had anyone do this. Most was a soft pull, and I was made aware of it before. No apologies or offers to make it right after I voiced my displeasure to two managers.2. Wanted to add new car fees (security package) to a used car. Lots of back and forth before they finally honored the price as listed on the website.

Best dealership experience I have ever had. I worked with DJ and ron. They are both very patient answering questions they were not pushy at all and above everything, I found them extremely honest!

Dennis was GREAT to work with. We were buying our son's first car and Dennis was very informative yet not pushy. He didn't try to upsell us or spend time talking about cars that we weren't interested in. We found 2 cars online, checked them both out and at the end of 2 hours drove home with a new/used car. Will be checking out Fisher in a few years when our next son is ready to drive. Thanks Dennis!
