I chose Fisher Auto Collision Center to repair my vehicle after being rear ended. I am so thankful I did! They went to battle for me with the insurance company to ensure the repair was done correctly and with the proper parts. The insurance company wanted to take short cuts and just patch the damage. Thank you Jay, Conner and Tony for going to bat for me. The rear end of my car looks brand new. They even detailed the car for me since it had to be in the shop for longer than normal due to the insurance company delays. They exceeded my expectations!

If you would let me give 10 stars I would! Wow!! A huge shout out of gratitude to Jay Meeham, manager at Fisher Acura body shop for orchestrating the most incredible job on my Acura RDX! Jay Meehan is hands down the most exceptional manager I have experienced with any car, for that matter in any business that I can remember. People like Jay are hard to find. As a previous director of 5 star spas I know how hard it is to find incredible employees! Mr. Fisher I have met you many times in the lobby. I want you to know how amazing Jay Meeham is and want to applaud you for hiring such a kind and caring manager. Jay also has obviously a huge experienced background with cars and dealership management and quickly determined the issues with my car and went out of his way to make sure I knew exactly what it was going to cost and even dealt with my insurance company at the highest level He is extraordinary!! I’ve never had anyone in any business work so hard to communicate so explicitly and completely take charge seamlessly addressing several issues going on with my car. Jay very quickly made my life so much easier with his detailed efficiency and his obvious expertise as a stellar manager. Because of Jay, I highly recommend this body shop to anyone needing five star care and an expedited experience! Initially I had gone to another outsourced body shop and it was a nightmare. I transferred my car repair to Fisher Acura Body Shop immediately after speaking with Jay on the phone. I knew right away that I was in good hands and I was right! Not only did he have full command and understanding of what my car needed. He made the experience so easy that I will always go back as long as he is there! Jay has quickly turned Fisher Acura body shop into a five star operation! I have already told two friends that they should contact Jay for work on their Acuras at Fisher Acura Body Shop. I cannot say enough good things about how easy Jay Meehan made my experience. It is very difficult to deal with insurance these days and I have Geico insurance, which was very challenging, but Jay actually knew a lot about how to work with insurance and went out of his way to help. He talked with them on my behalf, and turned that situation around beautifully for me as well! I have never had anybody do that and it seems effortless for him! Jay’s attention to detail and his ability to work with my insurance company made the experience painless. The bodywork Jay coordinated with his team on my car makes it look like a brand new car! It was ALSO exquisitely detailed inside and out to the point where it looked like it just rolled off the showroom! I am not exaggerating! I have never had this kind of experience or attention before from a body shop manager!!! I will add there are not too many businesses. I’ve run into lately that have had great management. Jay is a keeper! Thank you Mr. Fisher for hiring Jay Meeham, who cares and has immense integrity, experience and honesty!!

I am so impressed with Tony Martino and his staff at Fisher Collision Center. As a new Acura owner, I purchased the dent protection, but my scratch wasn't covered by the insurance. Tony, who is the production manager, offered to buff it out for me at no charge since I have been a good customer of Fisher. I was beyond grateful for that little scratch drove me crazy! Tony buffed it out for me while I waited. I will also say he is a very kind person and has a very friendly personality. He gave me advice on how to keep my turbo pipes looking good too! Thank you Tony & Fisher Collision Center!

Had a great experience here! I got in a collision a few weeks before a long road trip and was super stressed about getting my car fixed on time. Jay was incredibly helpful and friendly through the whole process. I’m so grateful that my car was finished on time and not only that, but it looks amazing!! Thank you to everyone who helped get my car in and out. Highly highly recommend.

Due to some 'wrong place wrong time' situations, we have had the need to use the Collision Center on more than one occasion.The team at Fisher has been exceptional to work with, and has gone out of their way to help us with oddball situations as well as standard insurance claims. Their work has been high quality, and we recommend them without hesitation.

I was super happy with the service i received from the fisher collision center. First off they are one of the only Honda certified body shops in the state. That alone should tell you that they have high standards and professionals. My insurance was penny pinching every little detail but the team at fisher made sure that the job was done right and they guaranteed the work for the life of the car. They answered all my questions and got back to me promptly and when i finally got my car back they gave it a fantastic detailed car wash. My car looks amazing super happy with everything. I don’t plan on getting into any other accidents but if i do i will definitely come back here in a heart beat. They also work very closely with enterprise rental car just down the street. They both made this frustrating process smooth and easy for me.

Tony and Connor were very helpful. A panel underneath the passenger door had fallen off my Honda CRV and they repaired it (in about 15 minutes), washed the car, and there was no charge for the service. I was very grateful for their skilled and efficient repair! Excellent service!

Mr Connor Shivers is an excellent Fisher Honda representative, always willing to help and good communicator.

Fisher Honda's Collision was the best body shop I could have asked for when my truck was totaled. They came by recommendation of my dealer and I couldn't have been happier. At each step of the way, they were genuine, kind, responsive, and provided helpful information about how these processes work. Most importantly, they seemed more concerned about doing right by the customer than any body shop i've ever experienced.
