We just worked with Jens Larsen in purchasing a 2025 Forester hybrid at Flatirons Subaru. He could not have been more helpful or pleasant to work with. We drove away with a car that is better than we hoped at a price that really was fair. Thanks, Jens, and all at Flatirons for helping us purchase a great car when we really didn't think it would be possible.

This was the third dealership I had gone to, and definitely had the best experience. At the other dealerships I felt I was being treated like a child (I’m 23) and the sales people didn’t think I would purchase anything, so they didn’t take me seriously. However, at flatirons, I walked in and was immediately greeted and with a salesperson within only a couple minutes. Samantha, was the one who helped me out! I came in looking for a Crosstrek Wilderness but wasn’t sure which color, she showed me my options, and even though they didn’t have the particular color I wanted, she was able to get it transferred from another dealership. She answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed with making a decision, and was very attentive to me and my family who was with me! Samantha made sure to go through all the details of the paperwork which made it easy to understand, along with all the details of the car, as well as taking me around the dealership to show me where everything is and where to go for service and parts. The other guys in service were very enthusiastic about my new car, and made me feel comfortable with doing business with them, even years down the road. Out of all the vehicles I’ve bought and looked at, Samantha has been the best and most “non pushy” salesperson I’ve encountered. I don’t think there’s a bad experience that came out of this car buying process, and I am VERY happy with my new Crosstrek Wilderness! Thanks a lot for your help, Samantha!

I had an amazing experience working with Jen’s at Flatiron Subaru. Honestly, I was really nervous going into this experience feeling like I could be taken advantage of but Jen’s is a straight shooter, very transparent, no games and a quick and thorough communicator. As soon as I reached out via email, he got back to me quickly but without any sort of pressure. I have a busy schedule so he was accommodating there as well - a lot of times I find people want to call you excessively but he was very patient. When we met, it was very straight forward and was prepared and on-time. Then during the sale and closing process, he communicated effectively and put me at ease. I can’t recommend my experience more and Jens made it a very special, no hassle and overall very pleasant experience! Thank you so much!

Great experience purchasing my vehicle with Jens and the team! Jens listened to what I wanted and didn’t pressure me into buying a car or upselling me for a vehicle that I didn’t want. He was respectful and professional, and the rest of the team was the same. As far as car-buying goes, overall a positive experience.

Devon and his team were great. Having had terrible experiences at other dealers in Boulder, he and his team made the experience quick, easy, and at a fraction of the amount of time spent at the dealership as our previous experience at other places. No games, no BS, just great service. A great offer on our trade in, solid offer on the new car, and no ridiculous back and forth all day with “let me ask my manager”. Had the deal done with one, small modification on the initial offer in less than 30 minutes. They walked us around the dealership, introduced us to the service and parts department, gave us a free roadside service kit, and just took care of us from start to finish. Devon was great and cannot recommend him enough!

We really enjoyed our interactions with Miles Crawford when purchasing our Crosstrek yesterday. We had just begun the process of shopping for a new car so purchasing the Crosstrek was a bit of an 'impulse' buy! We appreciated his patience with all of our questions and he let us take our time in making this decision. Miles has a relaxed but focused energy about him that made the overall process less stressful. He is very knowledgeable about the intricacies of the Crosstrek model and clearly it is great that he used to be a mechanic at Flatirons. What we appreciated the most is his personable, genuine nature which led him to provide great customer service for both of us.

Miles was amazing! Upon my first arrival, he had already chosen for me, the perfect Subaru Crosstrek including the color Alpine Green. That was easy!
I purchased that very one!
He was super knowledgeable, very professional and extremely friendly!
No pressure at all!
Brendan in finance, was very organized, which made the closure go smoothly and quick!

Our buying experience at Flatirons Subaru was fantastic. Our sales rep, Shane, was knowledgeable about the SUV we were looking at. He quickly put together a great deal on the vehicle when we were ready to proceed with a purchase. The buying process was straightforward and without pressure.
After we completed the purchase paperwork, Shane provided a thorough demonstration of the vehicle features and infotainment settings. We also received a nice walkthrough of the facility, including the service department.
I've purchased more than a few vehicles in my life, and this experience at Flatirons Subaru has been one of the best. More dealerships should provide this level of buying experience.
