A local shop did a major service on our Subaru Outback. When we started it up the next morning, it sounded and felt like a Harley Davidson. That’s good for a Harley, but not for a Subaru. The check engine, cruise control and brake warning lights were flashing. Not good. Brand new spark plug had a crack in it. The local shop replaced the spark plug, but the brake warning light wouldn’t turn off. Code indicated that the emergency brake was the problem but they couldn’t fix it. They suggested that we take it to the Subaru dealer - Flatirons Subaru. They were booked out a few weeks, but said we could drop it off for the day and they would try to fit us into the cue. Our check-in with Todd was great. The Subaru technician found a broken emergency brake shoe, ordered and replaced the parts, and were back on the road. After several years of letting a local mechanic work on our car, Flatirons Subaru will be our “go to” service provider in the future.

Shane Ferrin rocks as a Sales person! It was a joy working with him as he ran around for me getting different cars and he stayed late with me until the very end when I stepped into my new vehicle and drove it off! He was patient and explained instruments to me and helped me hook up my phone.I would also like to mention that Justin in Finance was equally cool and easy to work with and pleasant on a very busy day!This is the new way to sell cars and do business and I highly recommend Flatirons Subaru!

I recently bought a car from here and it was the best experience ever! Every single step of the car buying experience was easy and a positive experience. I worked with Miles, Jake and Ian and all of them were so amazing! As a single woman buying alone, it is very intimidating but they all treated me with such respect, that I felt confident! I keep telling all of my friends about this place! I will forever buy cars from here!

Purchased a new Crosstrek 10/27/23. Best new car buying experience ever! Sales person was James Wells, excellent professional courtesy service. Perfect! Fair, honest, upfront pricing. I’ll buy my next car from this dealership, this person. All staff at this dealership treated me as royalty. Highly recommend!

I'm not ready for a new vehicle yet, but when I am, Flatirons will be my destination. Todd in the service department, was the best. He helped me with a loaner car while mine was being repaired. He kept in good communication throughout the process. The work was done much sooner than anticipated. I could go on. He went above and beyond. Kudos to the Flatirons service department.

I recently purchased a Subaru Outback Wilderness from Flatiron. The experience could not have been better and I felt I was treated fairly and honestly. Shane Ferris did a great job as my sales person and would highly recommend him, and Ian in financing was terrific. The purchase couldn’t have been smoother, great group of folks at Flatiron. I will also add the service area looked impeccable which speaks to continued customer service.

We purchased our 2024 Subaru Outback from Flatirons Subaru yesterday. After seeing a 5 star yelp review of salesperson Shane Ferrin we reached out to him to start the sales process of the Outback we wanted which was in transit. Shane made our purchase process very easy. No pressure and he made us feel at home when we came to Flatirons to purchase our vehicle. We also want to give five stars to Justin Ortega, finance manager who made the finance side of our purchase very easy.

I was very stressed coming into Flatirons Subaru because I had just found out that the car I purchased from a private seller weeks prior had sold me a lemon. So, the idea of financing and buying another car just a few weeks later was not something I was psyched about. However, Fred took excellent care of me and was very patient and professional and helped find me an amazing, affordable and reliable car that I could buy. Justin, in the finance department did a great job and overall everyone was just so helpful and attentive and I felt truly taken care of. 100/10 recommend

Just recently bought my 2021 Subaru crosstrek from flatiron Subaru. I would highly recommend them and Kyle my sells rep made it very simple and easy to get into a new vehicle. They truly made me feel like I was a part of the family there and I could tell they were not trying to oversale/upsale me into more purchases. They where very compliment and very generous, I will definitely be coming to them for my next vehicle purchase.

I purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness with Lorena G and the team there is fantastic! 10/10 would recommend Lorena to anyone looking to purchase a car. She walked through all the options and made the process very fun.Justin was also very nice, and knowledgeable with the paperwork side of stuff and made it easy to understand. The Flatirons Subaru team is awesome and I’m glad I purchased my car with them!

I really wanted my first experience with Subaru to be a good one but would recommend that you avoid this dearship.Bought a certified 2020 last year in December 2022 and realized now that I might need gap insurance just in case anything happened that might cause it to be deemed totaled.I was offered an extended 3 year warranty and some additional window coverage which I thought would be a good investment. When wise options are offered to protect an expensive car or any purchase, it's always my policy to save the headache and purchasw those options to save over a bigger bill down the road. I even keep comprehensive insurance on a 2003 BMW I have that I love.Sadly, my sales rep did the shopping for me and did not verbally curate gap insurance to me for incorporation into the sales contract so for the next 8 months I'll risk owning the bank more than I paid.I spoke with the financing manager who told me to go purchase a separate insurance policy for gap, which my current provider doesn't offer. The finance manager conveyed this dealership could care less about cultivating good customer service results. Clearly, they want you to buy cars elsewhere.This my first time buying a financed car and a very disappointing experience. The rep that helped me seemed to be less tenured which may explain why gap insurance was not offered and explained but obviously this was a terrible experience.Subaru overall seems to have a great reputation and I will be sharing this with corporate but I would have liked to make this my go-to dealership and keep buying from them but given how I was treated by the finance manager and the fact that the rep didn't uncover and recommend all the right important solutions, I'll never be back and likely won't ever buy another car from this manufacturer.I had heard some good things about this location and its truly unfortunate that the management is non-customer centric because a good reputation in that respect can easily get wrecked with a handful of bad interactions which reflect carelessness and indifference for customers; like the one I had.

This was a very first time to visit flatirons Subaru and Lorana was our first person of contact. She went above and beyond for us. She is the definitively the person to see when you are looking for a new car. She is very straightforward knows her job very well. I also want to thank Kerrie for all her hard work working with us and the banks. Lorana and Kerrie are super stars in my book. And we must not forget Pam the front desk lady too she was super friendly and fun to chat with while we played the wait game with the banks. I want to thank all 3 of you lady’s for a wonderful first time experience with flatirons Subaru.

Such a nice experience! Everyone was professional and so kind. I went in deciding between a Forester and a RAV4 and Miles was very understanding and not pushy at all, yet he encouraged me towards the path of the Subaru with his knowledge, formerly working in the auto shop. I could also tell he really loves his own Subaru. I was won over by many things, but the experience was superb. And Justin in finance is great too! Great staff.
