The best Laundromat around Boulder. The owner helped me set up my comforter to wash it, and even offered extra help when I accidentally put too many tide pods into the wash. Very helpful staff and very friendly environment!

Large and fast washer/dryers, staff always available and a nice owner. Only trick I'd tell people is that the credit card terminals only can be swiped and not tapped even though they say so. No big deal but took me a while to find out.

The owner was really helpful and always on top of showers being clean. I did laundry and shower for 2 days. I’ll stop back again on my next Trip to Rocky Mountains

this is the 2nd time I've accidentally put coins in an out-of-order machine and the employee that usually works evenings was as friendly and helpful as she always is. customer service like this is appreciated and makes a difference. thanks!

Not too crowded or busy, but the place is very dirty. Floors and tables felt kinda gross, and it does make you wonder if your clothes are coming out as clean as you’d hope with the upkeep of the place. Lots of driers out of order or broken. Go if you have to, but know it’s not the greatest.

I left my laundry in the washer and came back, expecting it to be gone... Lo and behold the nice ladies who work there had dried it, folded it AND bagged it up for me - and gave it to me with a smile. For that reason alone I'll continue to come back

These machines take cards, but they're clapped out and need to be serviced or updated. I asked about it, and apparently it's normal to dry clothes for 35-45 minutes with these dryers (or "use the high setting" or "if you want to give us money for that"... why not just up the price of your machines to cover the cost???). Most dexter machines are awesome, but not these. Some of the washers take cards, but don't be surprised if you need to ask for help to jiggle a handle or something to get them started. My 2nd time here, but I won't be back.

I have never left a Yelp review before and I do not plan on leaving one in the future but I felt the need to say something about Folsom Street Laundry. Today, I have had one of the most stressful days of my entire career. On top of that, my laundry machine broke half way through my wash leaving me with soaked clothes. I went to Folsom Street Laundry as a last resort and because it was the only laundromat near me open at 10pm. Alejandra helped me spin my clothes and get everything dry on her own time and I have never appreciated anything gesture more than this. I think we often overlook how much a seemly small gesture can mean to others. This interaction made my day and saved me from an imminent breakdown.Not only was the service amazing but the facilities were clean and extremely efficient. I could not recommend this place enough. I want to give a huge thank you to the team here, I could not recommend it more
