Restroom out of order. General rule: prices not available until you check out. Small Dasai water was going to be $2 today ( though I paid $1 a week or so ago). I returned it to the shelf. 20 ounce Arrowhead water was $1.

All I'm going to say is check your receipt, credit card statement, whichever document you receive after a purchase, especially if you use a credit card.I came in today (9/2/2023) for a water bottle and went to the sandwich shop next door after purchasing one. While waiting for my order, I checked my credit card statement. It sends notifications to my phone after every purchase I use it for. It had a $52.81 charge when I had just bought a water bottle.Confused, I went back, and upon inquiring, Tony had no good reason for why I had a >$50 dollar charge in my statement from the store. He wasn't sincere or genuine at all, and in fact, he tried to convince me I didn't know what I was talking about even though my bank statement had the transaction logged. When I asked for a copy of the receipt after I'd given the exact time and amount of my purchase, he started saying things like he couldn't scroll down the POS system past a certain time even though I'd been there less than 20 minutes prior. When I asked for a refund, he said he couldn't find the charge. When I asked what he could have possibly scanned to charge me that price when I only purchased a water bottle, he couldn't say. He had no answers at all, but at the same time, he was not the least bit apologetic for this egregious "mistake."This interaction went on for at least 15 minutes. When I said I would call LE and made it clear they'd check the cameras and the POS system for evidence against my statement, he gave me my money back, specifically in cash. He wouldn't reverse the charge. He pleaded with me to at least pay for the water bottle. To me, that implied he knew he never actually rang up the water bottle. Couldn't the water bottle have been part of the $52.81 charge that he seemingly knew nothing about? Luckily, I hadn't opened it. I told him I didn't want it anymore and placed it right in front of him.If you're curious as to why I didn't notice this in the store, it is because after he rang me up, I put my credit card in the machine and before my eyes are able to focus on the screen, he complimented my hair. This prompted me to look up and say thanks, disregarding the screen in that moment. At the time, I didn't have a reason to think twice until I saw the statement a couple of minutes later. In the aftermath, my most charitable interpretation of the situation is that Tony is incompetent and made a huge mistake and had no idea he even made. At the same time, the POS system started malfunctioning and was unable to perform very basic functions most basic POS systems are able to perform with ease. This seems unlikely. Regardless of what actually happened, be careful shopping here. Make sure you are charged for what you bought, triple check your statements, avoid using credit card if you can and use cash so the cashier is forced to tell you what the price is before you pay.

Super convenient for anyone who lives on the Hill. Never had an issue here always in and out with whatever I need. Great snack and drink options on top of gas.

I think personally it is just fine if pumps or other things are old, but they should be kept clean and will maintained. So that's my thoughts on that and that's why I only gave it four instead of a five. Shalom to you!

Everyday is the perfect name for this place that I visit everyday for essential items located conveniently on the hill. If you get to know the workers they are actually nice people and just want to talk. No comment on the gas as I don't fill my gas there.
