My healthiest addiction. Besides my wallet gets really skinny. I love both the Free People stores! Mostly the Free Movement one. It’s more comfy workout clothes for women like me. Some of the actual FP clothes fit taller thinner model like body types. However you can always find something. High class hippies or on the go ladies, with a bohemian flair. You’ll be straight hip when you wear Free People. To me I’d rather spend the little money I have on wearing something that feels like me. Go get your shop on and check out Pearl Street. The ladies who I have met working there are all very knowledgeable and down to earth. One of the girls was the official walker. I think her name was Grace… Her job was to walk with people who couldn’t keep up with the Olympic runner. That would be me.

The clothes are gorgeous and I love the brand but the staff was unfriendly and quite frankly a bit snobby. Sadly I was uncomfortable enough to leave

Wonderful customer service. Great selection of women’s clothing, and some jewelry. It was limited on some sizes, but for the most part pretty decent. My wife got a denim jumpsuit and flare jeans, and I got a vest. It was a bit pricey but the product is great quality!

Cute and organized store! Always go here when shopping on Pearl street too. I would say that I always prefer to shop on the free people website rather than any store because of the bigger selection and sale section is cheaper and better, but it's nice to go to the store as well. Usually at stores like these on Pearl street the service is ok because the associates are always chatting but I would still recommend this store. Free people is pretty pricey but I love the style of their clothing.

They sent an email to all their customers about the convenience of using their app yet it's only for the IOS audience. They've had an app for 5 years.. I've contacted several people all the way to the the CEO and have not received one response. We have to continue to ask for a specisl code by text or email to get to our account. That extra effort could cause us to miss out on items to purpose if theres a few left. They just don't care. Just like that post clothes in the front of their page they don't carry. Do better Freepeople

I had to write this video because today I was in the free people store and really beautiful clothes was looking forward to buying some when police showed up and said there was an active bomb threat and to shelter in place! It was me and my mom and another customer and the three store employees in the store and I have to tell you I cannot be more grateful that this was the store and these were the staff that my mom and I were with us when this happened. They took it seriously we all went to the basement and when it was decided that the safest option was to evacuate two of the staff members walked with the woman back to her hotel which was very close and another staff member drove me and my mom across town to another mall because we had come in an Uber. To take the customers in your store safety so seriously that you go out of your way when in a crisis to make sure that they're safe is absolutely what incredible customer services and I feel like everyone of those girls deserves a raise because he just could not of handled it better there calmness is what kept everyone else calm! So thank you again for the staff we really appreciate you!

While shopping on Pearl Street, I walked into Free People to shop. They have awesome mirrors in there so I used one of the mirrors to check out the body suit I was wearing (hello perfect view of my backside without having to twist or use a hand held mirror!)The actual OWNER came to me while using the mirror in the dressing room and said, "these mirrors are for customers only."Caught by surprise, I then replied, "I'm just looking at my outfit, first, and plan on trying some clothes on. I'll be right out.She then starts to say I need to leave within 5 mins of me being there. Even after I was trying to try on a pair of pants. Apparently, you aren't allowed to look at yourself in the mirrors first. When I asked to speak to the manager she said, very rudely, "I'm the owner." (GOOD TO KNOW.)I swear, it was like a scene out of Pretty Women. When I told her I wouldn't be back and that she lost a customer due to her rudeness, she asked one of the employees to CALL THE POLICE as I was already on my way out.Knowingly, that she didn't want any of the other customers to hear about the way she had treated me.As might be expected, I will never shop there again.Plus, I'm an average size and they rarely have a "big" enough size.If you're bigger than a size 4, good luck!

I love shopping at Free People both online and in store. It is easy to love a store that has quality clothing, delivers on time, and have a friendly return policy. I usually shop at the Free People's store at Pearl street Boulder, CO. The staff at this store is super friendly and helpful.

I really appreciate the tactless middle school antics I experienced today in the Boulder Free People. Telling your coworker to look at (insert body part) on a customer while they exit the dressing room is extremely hurtful. The employee staring 3 feet away directly in front of my dressing room door was the rude cherry on top. I suggest you learn human decency or sign language. Judgement isn’t cute. I had a much nicer time buying clothes at a few other boutiques afterwards, thanks!! :-)
