I own a Z125 Pro and wanted to upgrade to a bigger bike. I came after talking to Buddy about a KTM 390 and he was straightforward with the process. Kasey (sales) had helped us fill out the paperwork. They did have a great purchasing experience where they celebrated our purchase of 3 bikes which was super fun by using bull horns and had us ring their gong! Also helped us get our Cardo's installed, which thank you for the help!
Now where this place really shined was with Haley. She was she very knowledgeable, really friendly, and helped with the products we were looking at, helped me get my items ordered (adventure riding jacket and riding pants), managed to get me a great deal, also had great patience with my friends when we tried our items! I can't wait to come back and buy my next bike here! I can't recommend this place enough!

Took my bike back after a recall because I thought it was knocking. They ended up taking it completely apart and took care of it for me. Couldn’t be more surprised and grateful. Not many companies would do that!

Visit #1: Tire mount and balance for a GS. Came to pick up both wheels, rear had no wheel weights. Asked the service writer if it had been balanced, he went into the shop and came back and said it balanced out perfect. Seemed unlikely, but took them and left.
Visit #2: tire mount and balance just a couple weeks later after a trip for the same GS. Got a call from different service writer saying they can’t balance the rear because they don’t have an adapter that works with that particular wheel.
I don’t know why the first service writer decided to lie to me about the balance getting done. It’s not a big deal that they’re not set up for this job, but it is a big deal if a service writer is lying about what services are actually getting completed. I had to take it elsewhere and pay 70$ for balancing ONE wheel to meet the shop minimum on top of what I paid G-Force to mount.
I appreciate the second writer who was straight forward about the inability to finish the balance. Maybe the first service writer can learn something from him.

G-Force is an amazing place, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all their products they sell. This was one of the best experiences buying anything I have ever had. Let’s start at the beginning. I was in the market for a new motorcycle and received a quote from a different dealer closer to me, The bike was a blue 2024 Yamaha TENERE 700, It was beautiful but I really wanted Grey. After calling many other dealers I called G-Force even though they are over two hours away and to my surprise they did have one grey bike left, but would they give me a fair price for my trade? After speaking with the manager, he put me in touch with Damien (Sales Person) to work through all the details of my purchase including the sale of my old bike. Damien was great, he worked to get me a fair trade value for my 2020 Honda 250L and a competitive price on my new Yamaha T7. He organized the installation of the many aftermarket parts I added to the bike and supervised the process to insure everything would be done and installed on or before our agreed date and time. The second I walked in the door Damien greeted me and then took me around to introduced me to each person that was involved with my purchase and sell of my bike. We quickly reviewed the numbers, they were exactly as we agreed, I paid them and out the door I went, it was just that easy. Many thanks to Damien and his team for creating such an awesome experience, I highly recommend G-Force for all your Powersports needs.
Ask for Damien, he will take good care of you!

Wanted to rent a motorcycle, website showed what was available online. So then I called to confirm it was available, and the lady said it was. So I went there to rent it, and she said that I could not rent it because they did not put insurance on it. Turns out they only had one bike that had insurance on it, and the other three bikes did not. So I ended up renting the only bike available, a very slow Yamaha. I think it's the cheapest yamaha made, and it sucked

They didn't put in the bolts for the side panels for my new motorcycle. I got halfway back to Breck and noticed when the wind pulled them away from the bike. At 55 mph for engine break-in, it took 9+ hrs to get home, drive back to Lakewood, and drive back home.
The only compensation I got was a weak apology from a guy whose fault it was not. No free service, not even a couple gallons of gas. If it was my business, I would be embarrassed that the bike left the showroom not fully assembled.
This place is an absolute joke, and I question the safety of any vehicle on the lot.

I can't recommend G-ForcePowersports Lakewood enough! I needed some service work done on my '22 Ultra 310LX JetSki and spoke to Greg (service manager) about how particular I am with my vehicles and he assured me it would be done right the first time. He is a man of his word! The work was excellent! The mechanic (Ray) who had the very difficult job of replacing the entire wire harness finished the work ahead of schedule and it was flawless! The service writer, Danny has always been top notch and it was the same this time. The service department is professional and very well run. I would take my equipment there without hesitation now. Thank you for taking care of my baby!!

Not the best experience. Called me in to look at my bike for a trade in only to tell me they won’t trade it in. Could have been done much quicker by email or text message in today’s day. Regardless went to another dealer and got top dollar for my trade in, so even questioning what they actually checked. I would just ask a lot of questions on the phone before getting in their shop to waste time.
