Update...We were given the GM contact info from a response to my review. We have notified the GM Thursday and still have not been contacted. In the mean time the car is stranded at BMW, my son is struggling to find rides to work. We are at a loss on what to do. We should not have to pay a 2200 repair on something that worked perfectly before you guys touched it. Next step is contacting corporate then a lawyer.
Last week my son brought his BMW in for a recall. Prior to the recall fix they did a multi-point inspection pointing out a defective oil pan and a cylinder cover. Following the recall fix they let my son know his car won't start and he will need to pay a diagnostic fee to see whats wrong. After agreeing to waive the fee, the results showed the starter is bad and will cost 2200 to fix. There has been no previous signs the starter was going bad and the car was running just fine before he brought it to this place. We are waiting to hear from a manager but just felt it was necessary to let others know not to trust this dealership with recalls.

Gebhardt Bmw service department always handles everything so professionally and I always trust i will get the best service on my vehicle everytime. Would like to specifically recognize Mustafa and Gabriel for their unparalleled expertise and professionalism— I request them every time, But everyone in the service department is fantastic.

Was impressed at first seemed to understand my concerns. Even had my advisor tell me yes we hear your concern but need more time then we have to diagnose let’s schedule a follow up appointment (I was waiting for the vehicle and had only scheduled for a routine service). Then I watched the tech video and realized he didn’t even evaluate my actual concern he look at something completely different. This tech was the shop Forman son. So did he not understand or did the advisor not understand. Major disconnects.
Come time for my follow up appointment. I had to argue with Forman (not the first tech father) about my concern was very dismissive hiding behind computers and other tech that doesn’t tell you if a seal has failed or bushing has failed. I also asked for them to match my tires and wheels with a road force balance (spin the tire on the rim to make the tires as smooth rolling as possible. I also advised I just rotated my tires as they are my winter set and I noticed some uneven wear on the front so I moved them to the back. Got the vehicle back not only did they find nothing, they also didn’t do a great job balancing and matching the wheels and tires. They also rotated my tires putting the uneven wear back in the front. Making my already present concern worse. When calling the dealership they don’t answer.
Follow up- Bri (scheduler / phone person) called back and showed assertive concern which is appreciated.
Also Kendrick my main service advisor who is off on Saturday text me back even though he is off for the weekend.

We bought an X7. Our experience here could not have been better. No BS. Dwayne is the guy you want. Completely fair negotiation… no hidden junk fees. When we went to finance, we politely declined all the add-ons and there was no extreme sales measures. Because there were no gimmick or ridiculous tactics. We will be back soon to buy an X5.

STAY AWAY!!!!! HORRIBLE experience.
1. Sold me a car Cadillac CT5 that was NOT inspected before they sold it to me. Also, did not provide any type of paperwork of the inspection that they supposedly did.
2. Check engine light came on two days after I bought it, so I had to return the car to boulder from Cheyenne, Wy. They said it’d take maybe 2 days, they ended up keeping it for 7.
3. They were supposed to take it to the nearest Cadillac dealership to get it serviced. They still haven’t told me what Cadillac dealer they took it to and STILL haven’t provided me a repair order for the work that was done, which means no work was done. I’ve contacted James, the guy who sold it to me several times and NOTHING, still being ignored. I’ve called several times and left voicemails with managers, still no call back. Even when you get an oil change you get a report on what exactly was done. They are full of liars and people trying to get over on you.
4. They said they’d reimburse my gas money used to take car back to dealer, still have not received reimbursement check.
5. Still having issues with the car which they are clearly not willing to fix.
6. Didn’t explain one feature about the car before or after test drive, took me 10 minutes to figure out how to put it in drive.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STAY AWAY.

Just bought a BMW from Gebhardt BMW, and Jon Eric made the whole process awesome! Super knowledgeable and laid-back, he helped us find exactly what we wanted without any pressure. Jon really knows his stuff and made everything easy. If you're looking for a BMW, definitely ask for Jon—he’s the best!

I was trying to purchase a new BMW and was going to trade in my one year old Mercedes Benz S class and with multiple emails and phone calls and texts with salesman and general sales manager..never got any numbers. I got some emails and texts saying they were working on trying to find a value and buyer for my vehicle, which is understandable with where the market is currently with expensive pre owned inventory. But I was never given any numbers ever. I understand the value on my vehicle is lower with it being a one year old trade in, but ZERO attempts to even give me numbers. I typically buy 2 new vehicles a year, so I’m aware of depreciation. I was looking to do business, just never even got the opportunity. Makes me think they must have enough business or just a staff that doesn’t care to acquire any more business. Or if they didn’t want to do business; I would have appreciated them saying that too. I’m very easy to sell to, as in I really wanted the car and was going to do a deal. I wished they would have given me numbers, I even told them I would drive up to trade. Blows my mind. Crazy thing is I checked this morning too, and they still didn’t sell the new 24 bmw I was looking at. I reached out over a week ago now.
