we love this place. they do a great job with full detailing. my Tesla looked like new when they finished. Great attention to detail and great employees. I don't know where some of these negative reviews are coming from but word of mouth for this place has been nothing but positive for years now. Trust me on this one. you'll be pleased with their work

I had driven across country and back so my car was in dire need of a wash. I paid $60 for a hand wash and for a light dusting of the inside (which was covered in dog hair and dirt on the mats). I was surprised at how clean the inside was considering the service is more focused on the outside. My technician came out to find me because they were running behind and my car would be another 30 minutes which was no problem because they have a cute little coffee shop to wait in and he gave me a coupon for a free wash (not the basic but their premium wash). Overall I was very satisfied considering a hand wash for my SUV is normally priced a lot higher.

Absolutely terrible job. My mom went in to get her car cleaned and they didn't dry the car, they didn't vacuum, all they did was take the mats out and shake them out. Awful. We miss Puddle Car Wash! Gloss sucks. And all of this for almost $50. Disgusting. Never going here again

Terrible, took the car in yesterday got home and still dirty, went back today they washed again and it's still dirty. I just drove3 away knowing I'll never be back $47.00 after tip wasted!

When the car comes out of the wash... the workers barely dry your car! Every time I go there I grab rags and dry my car along with them for 30 seconds, and then they disappear and I finish drying my car myself! Very disappointing... And this is on a weekday when it's slower-continues to be a problem... Not like when it was the puddle. Management should reach out to me after this post!!

I had the best car wash experience with these guys tbh. I’ve gone thru many car washes and this place was the only place that treated me like family and took care of me. I don’t know what all the low reviews are about. Their store is also LEGIT- and super unique I’ve never seen a store like that in a car wash. Coffee is also THE BOMBs.
Come knowing what you need, be communicative and ask if they can meet the need and what it would look like, and they will tell you straight up. If you don’t communicate, it’s your fault tbh. These guys are doing the best they can and it’s SUPER affordable! Think about how much everyone gets paid per hr. It’s a pretty damn good job for the money. If you don’t like it, then do it yourself- you will quickly see how much work goes into washing your car.

Poor quality. I paid for the super service and there are still bug marks on the windshield. Wheels dirty. They didn’t even vacuum the large obvious bits of dirt up front nor in back. Huge waste of $50

Update: It’s been a few days and I have tried to clean all the windows with different products and they are still so oily and dirty it is imposible to clean them after that Carwash that just keeps on giving. I think they used the same rag they used for the armor all on the windows. I wish I could take away that last star.
60 dollar Carwash, on a 82.69 total bill.
I will let the photos do most of the review for the quality of the work they do at GLOSS.
This is the first (and last) time I go there and I went because of all the social media presence they have. I got bombarded in Instagram and Facebook with their ads.
Now it makes sense all that advertising budget. There are probably no return customers so they need to pay for social media to bring in new customers (fresh meat I’m sure they call us behind closed doors).
If this was a contest for applying Armor All (or whatever shiny product they use) on dusty and dirty interiors, GLOSS would win first place worldwide. Armor All World Champs.
I did ask one of the workers to clean some spots that were just too obvious and he did it very annoyed so I just left.
I am going back to the Circle K Carwash. And I will do the interiors myself.
Thanks Gloss. I am glad I didn’t pay for the ceramic coating. Dodged that bullet.

The crew is swift and friendly, but the quality of work is lacking. 2-star job, but I give an additional star because they are super water-conscious. If you want a thorough clean, go elsewhere.

I am taking the time to write this review to warn unsuspecting customers about the potential loss of time and money should they patronize this establishment. I took my truck to Gloss Auto Wash & Detail to get washed. I have a flexible rolling truck bed cover installed and I intentionally left it rolled up so the truck bed could also be cleaned. When I drove in and selected my car wash I was never informed that my truck bed wouldn't be cleaned or that they were unable to wash carpeted floor mats. When they flagged that my truck was ready, I noticed that my truck bed was still dirty. They had rolled down my truck bed cover, incorrectly, before sending it through the washing cycle. I don't know if this was just negligence or intentional to prevent my truck bed from being washed. If I had been informed that cleaning of the truck bed would have been an additional charge, I would have gladly accepted that. After pointing out the incomplete car wash to the nearby staff, I was able to talk to what I assume was a manager. I voiced my displeasure with the experience. The manager was cordial and understood my frustrations, she offered to refund the charges which I am grateful for. Communication with costumers on what they are ordering is beyond abysmal at this establishment. The exact details of the services offered should be relayed to the customer at the time of ordering, not after they have paid and the car has been "washed". If you do get your truck washed here it seems that the burden is on the customer to ask exactly which services will be rendered.
