Had a very good experience with Golden Hands and the owner Sasha. He was a good communicator and not pushy or temperamental to work with and his handyperson was excellent and did a great job for us. Would definitely recommend this company to work with as they return calls and show up and do the job that you are contracting them to do.

I only have GREAT things to say about the owner of the company and Mr. William, who performed the work for us! Prices are extremely reasonable and the work is exceptional! The owner had great follow up! If it had not been for his follow up, we may have missed out on the opportunity to work with them! The owner is kind and thorough in his quotes and provides receipts for all materials purchased! He is a pleasure to speak and communicate with! As for the WORK done itself - our was done by Mr. WILLIAM! He did an exceptional job!! He saved our bathroom vanity by his method! He did not "tear out the entire vanity" but had the wisdom to address the problem and correct it - and made our bathroom vanity look new and we were able to keep the tile we have (as it was not damaged as Mr. Wiliam had said!). Mr. William was conscious of the cost of materials and shopped for them as it was his own money! We will absolutley use again! We are so happy we FOUND a company for our home fixes! Highly recommend! Ask for William! He is kind and has a wonderful personality! Thank you Golden Hands and Mr. William!

Sasha was great to work with, we received a clear and detailed estimate and a quick response to any questions. Chauncey did a great job at our house and was a pleasure to work with. We’ll definitely be reaching out to the Golden Hands team when we have home projects in the future.

Chauncey and his team did an incredible job renovating my home office and repairing water damage in my downstairs bathroom! I could not have been more pleased with their prompt communication, the high quality of their work, and their reasonable prices. In particular, Chauncey was very transparent about the number of man-hours that might be required and what options were available to me in terms of carpeting/floorboard materials. I greatly appreciated his expert advice when deciding what materials to use for aesthetics and longevity, and he made an effort to call me (and text photo samples for comparison) while at Home Depot before making any executive decisions. Should my house require any additional renovations in the future, I will absolutely be enlisting their incredible services. 10/10, highly recommended!

To anyone reading this..I would give Golden Hands Handyman Services a full 5 stars.I am totally pleased with this company and would highly recommend them..We were needing a wall to be slightly higher because we couldn’t get our new dryer in the space where we choose.I called other Handyman’s and a lot of them would give a call back a week or 2 later or just didn’t want to do the job..When, I called Golden Hands Handyman Services, I had never of them at first. But, I thought I would call them and see what they could do..We were needing our new dryer to be in place..I am soooooo glad I called them, they said they could be over the next day and I sent them pictures of what needed to be done..When one of their workers came to our home, he was very professional, very friendly and made sure that he wouldn’t go over the 8 hours that they quoted us.. Most business don’t generally do that so that they can add to the invoice.. The person who came over was Chauncey and he is totally professional and let’s you know everything that happens step by step. He also was able to connect the exhaust hose from the dryer to exhaust opening in the wall. Which was no small feat, given the tight area of where our dryer was in. I was thankful that he did that... He is awesome to work with and Sasha as well.. Very professional..This company I would highly recommend, they have fair prices, communication is excellent and if we needed any future work to be done.. I would most certainly call them..I am very pleased with this company and would HIGHLY recommend them..Services: General construction

It was apparent from the start that there was little communication and understanding between the managers and the (new) workers. I had to call in to make sure they were following through, and I had people showing up at my door with no notice. They missed a couple days on the job during the process, one spoke inappropriately on site and left messes behind. They also charged me over 1,000 dollars more than the estimate they gave me, while never telling me it was going to cost more. The finished product was great, but the actual process and pricing was frustrating. not professional this time around. But I have good faith in them to do better next time.Service: Roadworks

All most with a tear in my eye, I say that the honesty was unbelievable. There was a moment of mis communication about original price and then with one email it was settled to our original agreement!My faith in a handshake of the old world is restored! So I encourage you to use their business!
