The guys at Grease Monkey are always super nice and helpful. I was bummed that the location on 27th Way closed down But I had a positive experience at the 28th street location and was happy to see a few familiar faces from the other store. As a woman, unfortunately, I’ve been treated like “a little lady” when I’ve had car repairs in the past. Never at Grease Monkey, I know I can ask a question and not be spoken to like I’m dumb. Anyway, it’s a great place and I always enjoy good service!

This shop helped me when two other stores in Boulder were unable to. They were able to help me in a quick and timely manner and made sure to offer water while waiting. All of the staff that I interacted with were incredibly nice and helpful. It seems this place is thriving under new management

Phenomenal work! I desperately needed an oil change for my rental last minute and grease monkey fully delivered. They worked at a fast pace and all the workers were very kind and kept me up to date. Wish all oil change places were like this one, 5 stars all the way !!

Not a fan, I just went through their lot on a bike and screw me for not reading every single sign that exists in the entire world while I'm out riding my bike. Especially their little petty no bike sign in their lot. The guys were completely condescending and rude about it to me, and because of that I'm going to ride my bike through your lot much more frequently. What are you going to do about it? Overcharged me for an oil change? You would.

Friendly staff but quoted me one price $50 something and came to over $100. I declined recommended procedures and they either didnt hear that or got my car confused with another because when I left, my bill didnt have my name or miles on it. It was someone else. The car runs more smooth and I’m grateful but overall I felt disappointed and confused. I’m not sure I paid for the services they claimed to have made. Seems like too many people working on car and not communicating. Like too many cooks in the kitchen. I didn’t feel taken care of or heard.
I usually write raving reviews but I felt really impacted by this experience. I’ve been coming here for years and I won’t be returning.

Came for an oil change, brought my own oil and filter. A guy walked up before I made it inside. A bit flat, no what are you here for or a hello for that matter. That probably reflects ownership and low wages. I called prior to arrival to get the price with my own oil and filter, was quoted $35. Then they told me when I got there that they were bought out so it jumped to $53. They said I could use the online coupon for $15 off. To say the least, it’s a pretty ragged place. Dirty and hot waiting area, looked like none of the building including the service area had been updated in 25 years. I didn’t feel like they were the most honest from the get go then they came and told me the price jumped again to $56 and then all of a sudden I couldn’t use the online coupon. I took my key back and I left. It was a lackluster experience to say the least. Will not be back for anything ever. Do not go, those guys don’t give a crap.

Tim and his team are the best. If you aren’t going to grease monkey in Boulder for your auto services then what are you doing! They take great care to make sure your car has everything it needs in a timely manner and without you getting ripped off.

Great service! Took 15 minutes for an oil change and filter replacement. Topped up fluids and did some quick diagnostics too. Highly recommend.

Great service and great price. They do not accept coupons, and no wonder why. Only place that keeps their prices low!
Unlike every other place that will just tick the boxes, these legends topped up low fluids, checked and confirmed things were good without upsell, vacuum your floor mats, clean the windows etc. Great oil change experience.
