I got the haircut of my life here today. I wish I could remember the woman’s name who cut my hair. I got everything I asked for at this Great Clips location. I asked for layers and I have had many bad experiences in the past with stylists cutting my curly hair. However, my stylist was very professional and communicated very well to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Very happy! The prices here are very reasonable too.

Was told only 4 inches was cut off, but when the hair cut was complete, it had an eight inch difference. I know it goes shorter when dry, but not 4 inches. Part in my hair was not corrected at the beginning of cut and when cut was done I asked if my hair would be off when I correctly part it, stylist was a little offended and had to redo the front layers. I'm undecided if the cut is similar to pictures I brought in as I still need to style it.... SO AFTER STYLING I FOUND MY HAIR WAS COMPLETELY OFF. ONE SIDE HAD LAYERS STARTING NEAR MY CHEEK AND THE OTHER STARTED NEAR MY CHIN, SO I HAD TO GO BACK IN TO STORE SPOKE WITH A DIFFERENT PERSON WHO IMMEDIATELY NOTICED WHAT I WAS SAYING AND FIXED MY HAIR. BRITT WAS MY NEW STYLIST AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB. LOVE THE NEW HAIRCUT. I RECOMMEND BRITT IF YOUR GOING TO VISIT THIS LOCATION. I GIVE HER A 5 STAR REVIEW BUT ONLY ALLOWED TO REVIEW ONE TIME.

I've had a mixed bag of haircuts here for my kids but the last time I came in with my 12 year old.son(which it's next to impossible to get my son in for a haircut) he was completely butchered. I've never seen such a terrible haircut. It's all uneven and choppy and I think he looked better before when completely overgrown. I probably could have done a better job myself having never given a haircut to anybody in my life.

You cannot cut a man's sideburns off without asking them first, especially if they have some facial hair. My sideburns were cut as a straight line above the ear. It wasn't a fade or anything, no blending, just an abrupt line. I will not return. I don't suggest anyone goes here - give an extra $5 to someone who cares about their job.

Paul did a phenomenal job with my haircut today. He took everyone of my requests to heart and was focused on detail as opposed to rushing to the next customer. Ask for Paul when getting your next haircut!

Edited Rating: The last 2 experiences have been bad. The workers have been nice but the cuts were choppy, uneven and not what was asked for.
I kept it 3 stars because Great Clips as a company made it right by giving me a free hair cut to fix my hair. I went to the Broomfield location and had a wonderful experience.

Very unhappy with my haircut from Sara. My friend and I went to this hair salon to donate hair. I started with longer hair than my friend but came out with 4 inches less. When the ponytails were in, it hit my mid back. After they were cut off it apparently took 6 inches to get the hair “even” and even with all that extra cutting, Sara failed to get it even. I even told Sara that cutting it further was not the answer and going to make the problem worse. Instead of getting someone else to step in and help, she kept cutting against my wishes saying she “needed to get the jagged ends”. Why would they be jagged in the first place? I talked to Mona the manager and the only thing she offered was to try to fix it. I told her I don’t want any more hair cut off, it is already half a foot too short, plus I don’t trust anyone there to fix it. Nobody stepped in when they saw Sara butchering my hair, why should I trust them to fix it after? The haircut was already free since I was donating hair but that is no excuse for a terrible haircut. Mona refused any other options for compensation and hung up on me. I am completely unsatisfied with my haircut and the customer service, I would not recommend this “Great” Clips and definitely do not trust Sara with your hair or Mona with your complaints.
