We have used Guild Mortgage in the past so we hoped that we would have another good experience. Our specific situation encountered hurdles that some of us had never even heard of but Debby and her team, Jessica and Victoria, were on top it from the very beginning. They were super kind and helpful throughout the process and we literally could not have moved across the country without their help. Even after we have closed on our home, they are still right there helping us with anything we need. They are all just wonderful people and it shows through all of their hard work and dedication. I truly appreciated the honesty & attentiveness of Debby. I met Debby through a previous transaction and had such a great experience with her, that I referred these buyers to her.
