They will not accept valid ID and will profile you if you look young but are above 21+. The manager is extremely disrespectful and made disrespectful remarks about religion. I am never coming back here and they need new management alongside better understanding of valid ID and profiling laws in colorado

It's an excellent place if you want to get liquor friendly staff the environment is very nice there I would encourage anybody in the area to stop by if you want some liquor that's the place to go

Dropped by here yesterday with my wife and daughter. Not only was the service warm and friendly but the Campari we bought turned out to be $3 cheaper than at Hazel's in Boulder (I checked when I got home). Also, the wine selection and prices are very competitive as well. Feels good to support a worthy local biz.

Won best of Boulder this year! The owner is incredibly conscientious of the wines and liquor he carries at his store. He gets amazing wines and sells them at great prices. Located behind the King Soopers in Gunbarrel this locally owned is a gem!

First time visit. Career Traveler. Last place I will ever look to when in the area. IMMENSE selection of wines and spirits but the 5 Stars are for Loren's overwhelming knowledge of spirits. They did not carry my decades long Tequilla favorite. Asked Loren for his suggestion and he suggested another which NAILED it. New Fav now. Hopeful I can find this when I return to my hometown. Stellar.

Brandon & Cody are super sweet! I came close to closing and they were very kind. Brandon swooped a cold champagne for me to swap the shelf bottle I grabbed and I really appreciated that.
A cozy spot for the spirits to reside!

This USED to be our favorite spot. Most staff are great. However, one staff not only made fun of my disability, but then proceeded to mock my wife and raise his voice toward us in front of other customers. He was petty, immature, and argumentative. It’s quite a shame because we loved that place, but due to the man with dark hair and glasses, we will never return again. Sorry to the other employees. The man was inhumanly disrespectful and should lose his job and get some therapy. One bad apple spoils the bunch. PS: Loren and Cody and the gentleman who is a Chiefs fan are fantastic. 1/20/24

My favorite liquor store in Boulder County! We love Gunbarrel Liquor. Loren is so helpful and always has good suggestions when I need help pairing alcohol with an event I am planning. The selection is impressive, and the prices even more so. If you want to help support a local liquor store (instead of the grocery chains), I highly suggest this gem. I find it even more impressive than some of the bigger stores people often refer to in Boulder.

This is my favorite liquor store in Boulder area. It's very well-stocked, has a great atmosphere, and the staff is super-welcoming and very knowledgeable. I often discover new wines here and I am very happy with their prices, too. The owner is very friendly and cares a lot about the community. I highly recommend shopping here!
