Absolutely amazing experience, dropped my vehicle off unannounced over the weekend and by Tuesday everything I needed fixed was done. Amazing turn around! Customer service was amazing as well! Best experience I’ve had with an auto repair in a very long time! I’m definitely returning for all of my service here!

I had a few issues with my car, and Joseph was a big help. The parts came in incredibly fast, and the mechanical service was done exceptionally well. Also, customer service was phenomenal, which is difficult to find nowadays. Great overall experience, and I definitely will be back in the future!

True automotive is by far the best place to get my car taken care of. Definitely affordable, transparent, explains issues, and delivers quality service. Joseph and Alex at the front desk are super helpful and will definitely work with you on pricing. And definitely a shot out to the technicians Alec and Christian for the great work on my car! Went in to get my car aligned they’re waiting room was spacious and had good snacks and refreshments as well Erik and Joseph helped us out tremendously and this will be where I send all my cars to get fixed what I love most about this place is the honesty you don’t get that to often now and days with shops 10/10 recommend checking out true automotive.

Made an appointment for A/C check and in a very timely manner they checked the system and recharged the refrigerant with a dye infused Freon. That way if it leaks again they will be able to isolate the problem. Charges were exactly as estimated. I will be back to this shop.

This shop was prompt with a comprehensive FREE safety and diagnostic check. Prices were straightforward and the best part-as a female- i never felt taken advantage of or as if they were trying to do or charge for unnecessary work! They were flexible with my schedule, friendly and fast. They even gave me a $100 coupon that was in a mailer. Highly recommend!

I took a couple vehicles into True Automotive because they have done warranty work on my truck before
I was surprised by how reasonable their rates are. I have purchased tires from them , had them do oil change and other work. The price has always been much less than the big name chain stores and the service fast and friendly. A pleasure to see in this day and age.
I will trust them with any future needs.
