Fortunately, one of the sales associates, Chance (I believe), was incredibly helpful. He guided me through the entire store, presenting a variety of options tailored to my needs. He patiently answered all of my questions and helped me put together the perfect setup—just the essentials, without any unnecessary extras I know I’d never use. Chance was very thoughtful and considerate of me and my specific needs. He asked me questions I had never considered, which helped me achieve the vision I had of my home. I’m absolutely thrilled with everything I purchased, and it feels great to have a kitchen and home that fits my needs perfectly. It was such a positive experience, and customer service like this is truly rare. I’ll definitely be back!”
“We were looking to have a custom dining table done, and after visiting multiple different custom furniture/woodworking businesses up and down the Front Range, we finally landed on BFA as our best fit - friendly and knowledgeable people, excellent craftsmanship, and responsibly sourced wood! We wanted a thick-slab live edge walnut dining table as a statement piece and the results have exceeded our expectations. We were so happy with our table that we also asked them to build a custom cabinet for us to store and display our vinyl record collection and vintage sound system. The result was something that completely changed and elevated the feeling of our living room. Could not be happier with our experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for custom woodworking projects!”

“Matt in the Boulder store was so helpful and patient with us as went through dozens and dozens of rugs, looking for the right contenders. They actually brought some of the rugs to our house so we could try them out on our floor and pick the one that was just right for the space. While we were originally just looking for one rug, we ended up buying two because one of the options ended up being so, so perfect in another space! I can't stop marveling at the beauty and quality of both of our new rugs. An absolute joy of a shopping experience and we could not be happier with our purchases.”

“I would give 1,000 stars if I could. Jolene at AllBackyardFun (ABF) was absolutely amazing to work with. I was hosting a big event at my house on 5/11 and REALLY wanted our new firepit to arrive in time for the event, because our existing one was... well... hideous. So, we sold the old one on FB Marketplace and ordered this beautiful Copper table from ABF like a week and a half before our event. In order to ensure it got here in time I called ABF and Jolene answered the phone. She immediately called their supplier and made sure they shipped it out freight immediately and it got here the Thursday before our Saturday event! In time to set up, get familiar with, and I'm just SO grateful I ignored the bad reviews, which now I think might be fake, and ordered my firepit table through ABF! I will recommend them to anybody and am really grateful that Jolene cared enough about me to help expedite the shipment of our table! “Melissa has provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at any retail store; she is responsive, she always finds an answer for my detailed and complicated questions, sending me manufacturer PDF's, has sent me parts to ensure that they will work for my particular application and has done measurements on showroom blinds and shared them with me via e-mail. When I do purchase my (Hunter Douglass) blinds, there will be no guess work thanks to Melissa!”

Installed a suspension lift kit, took my vehicle for an alignment and checked over everything when it was done! Looks and runs great! Even fixed a clip he noticed on my break pads that had been installed wrong by someone previously!”

“My first experience at World Market and it was incredible. Right now they have 40% off all outdoor furniture and we found a couple wonderful chairs for our patio. I was surprised to see they had dresses and they were really cute. Also their selection of furniture is incredible. So many options and everything seems to be great quality too!”

“We have purchased many pieces of Arhaus furniture, most of it from the Boulder Arhaus store. Last spring, we purchased a dining table, 8 chairs, 8 bar stools, a tabletop, an end table and a martini table. Our sales representative sent an email last week inquiring if we needed anything at the moment as a sale was ending the next week. We placed an order for another end table at a great price and additional savings and expect to receive it next week. I really appreciated Matthew's attention and service and will continue to work with him!”
“Cedar & Hyde is my wife's absolute favorite store in Boulder, and every time I've visited with her, or solo looking for a gift, I have had a warm & helpful experience. They are incredibly thoughtful about the unique and beautiful items they offer, many created by smaller designers and producers. In addition to their clothing and jewelry selection, their Home section is the source of some of my favorite rugs, candles, and vases we have decorating our house. Christie, and everyone working there is amazing.”

“Love urban outfitters and especially the Pearl street location. It's always nice to go into the store and see what you find. Sale section is awesome especially around the holidays and associates are always nice. The fitting rooms aren't the cleanest though and I kind of hate going in there. I still prefer online because of the bigger selection but this store is pretty big so they do sell a lot of the products.”
