“Was in town visiting Boulder from New England and stopped into this beautiful shop. So many pieces of cute jewelry and home decor! There was a sale going on for 25% off anything that included a stone, which was most of their store. You know I had to take advantage, so I got some laboradorite earrings! One of the shop employees asked where we were from and gave us recommendations for places to check out. She was so sweet and welcoming! Will definitely remember her kindness when I wear the earrings I got! I hope to visit again next time I'm in Colorado.”

Installed a suspension lift kit, took my vehicle for an alignment and checked over everything when it was done! Looks and runs great! “This is one of my favorite stores in Boulder! They have such a plethora of home and kitchen items that it is rare we don't walk out with something wonderful in hand. The selection of tablecloths and napkins is the best and if you need an unusual gadget for the kitchen this is your place. If you have someone hard to shop for on your list, this is a gem of a spot to find the perfect item. The staff is always friendly and helpful which is an extra bonus!”

“Right on Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, this place, as the old SNL skit featuring Stefon would say: "has everything!" Assorted home decor knickknacks, books on cooking, candy, friendly staff, kitchen stuff, the list goes on and on. You can easily find books from: you can't cook sh*t to pasta, baking breads, desserts, etc etc. And the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.”

[I hope establishments that are stingy about letting a traveler use their washroom will take notice] On top of that, the personnel were friendly and helpful. The store was not crowded at all!”

“Love urban outfitters and especially the Pearl street location. It's always nice to go into the store and see what you find. Sale section is awesome especially around the holidays and associates are always nice. The fitting rooms aren't the cleanest though and I kind of hate going in there. I still prefer online because of the bigger selection but this store is pretty big so they do sell a lot of the products.”

“We felt SO taken care of! My husband and I went to World Market looking for an 8 x 10 area rug. There was nothing even close in the hanging rugs, so I approached a woman who turned out to be a manager, Emily. She said there might be one in the storage room and off we went. Inside, there were three possible rugs. I felt like Goldilocks! One was a hemp rug, too bland looking. Another was too thin. The third definitely had possibilities but it was rolled up and stacked behind another rolled-up rug. Emily moved the in-the-way rug, pulled out the might-be-just-right rug and offered to take it into the store and roll it out for us so we could really see it. That in itself was a big favor. We liked it, but ooops: The rug was 9/12 x 7 1/2. I wasn't sure if it would be big enough and asked about returns. She said they don't usually take rugs back, but if we would agree to a "no return" policy she would take $100 off the rug! Really??!! So we agreed to buy it. When we were checking out she asked if we had a rewards card. Uh no. I have lived in this area for over 13 years and that was my first time in World Market. (It definitely won't be my last.) She then took the time to walk me through setting up a rewards account on my phone which, at my age, 78, was no small accomplishment. Through it all she was always very patient and helpful. Finally done for another 15% off! It was an amazing, incredible experience and we love the rug. It's also big enough! Thank you Emily!!”

“Stopped in to Facetime my son and show him some of the beautiful crystals since him and his wife collect them from all over the world.. He instantly fell in love with three of them, so I purchased them and carried them home to Florida.. What a fantastic gift these were for them. The store clerk was a really young man, super friendly, very pleasant and made sure he bubbled wrapped them for me.”

“We went to Joann to get a new sewing machine and some fabric. The woman working up at the register was very kind and helpful. We thought we put an order for pick up in but, it did not go through. She was very patient with us and had amazing customer service. We ended up getting this brother sewing machine and some black fabric. The one star off is because the fabric is not well organized. I had a hard time finding the fabric I needed. The one in Loveland has great signage and it easy to find everything.”

“UPDATE: The situation below was fixed once I filed a formal consumer complaint and the furniture was delivered.Original reiew: We ordered furniture for my daughter's new apartment in Boulder last July and were given a delivery window of Aug 5-14, which coincided with her moving into the apartment. As the time window came and passed, "track my order" showed a new date of Sept 10-29, and it appeared that the bed and dresser were being held up waiting for a chair that she had thrown in as a sort of accessory. We called and asked if they could just deliver the bed and dresser, and they said they would ask for a split delivery. But apparently this requires "approval"- what abysmal customer service. They should be bending over backwards when they're a month late with their delivery. Nothing happened with this request, and a new delivery date appeared of Sept 29-Oct 5. It's currently Oct 3 so I called to make SURE we weren't going to get another run-around and I was connected to the delivery department who told me I had to wait until Oct 5 and, if the items arrived, they would schedule a delivery. I asked, "What if they don't arrive? Do we get a new time window?" The customer service agent repeated the same line over and over about the fact that it's not YET Oct 5 and seemed incapable of understanding we were already 2 months past the original delivery window. So I demanded to be connected to a manager. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and told me to "calm down so she could help me" as I expressed my irritation with the situation. She then offered to do a split delivery. I informed her that we had already requested this and she told me there was NO RECORD of this request. I will update this review when we find out if they approve the split delivery and give us the bed and dresser but I am not currently holding out hope. My daughter has been sleeping on the floor with clothes in suitcases for 2 months. The manager had the gall to act like I was being difficult and seemed to have zero concern that the customer service was so bad. We will demand our money back if they don't approve the split delivery and order from anyplace else. If I had known this is the abysmal service this place provides, we would NEVER NEVER NEVER have purchased anything from them. RUDE. INCOMPETENT. UNCONCERNED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I welcome a response from you, WEST ELM.”
