Years ago, I lost my original John Atencio wedding ring, an irreplaceable piece my husband had given me. At the time, we weren’t able to replace it, so I went without a ring for many years. Over that time, I looked at countless other rings, but nothing ever compared to that original one. Every so often, I would check the John Atencio website to see if my setting was still there, and for years, it was.
Recently, my husband said, “Let’s replace your ring.” When I went online, my heart sank—the setting was gone. I called John Atencio, and Sandra answered. From that very first conversation, she was incredible. She told me she would do everything she could to bring the design back from the archives, and she did!
Sandra guided me through every step of the process, from recreating the setting to helping us select the diamond. She felt like an old friend, genuinely happy for me and truly invested in the meaning behind replacing my lost ring. Her care, patience, and enthusiasm made the entire experience so special.
We are absolutely thrilled with how the ring turned out. And as a silver lining, we were even able to upgrade the diamond size this time around. I am beyond happy, not just with the ring, but with the entire process.

“I’m so happy I gave this store another chance after having a bad experience with a rude salesperson. She might not work there anymore, idk. The owner is very very nice. I brought back my favorite pair of earrings that I had bought in 2021 that the turquoise had fallen out of. They sent it back to be repaired in New Mexico by the original artist. There was no charge and the turnaround was just 2 weeks! I have my favorite pair of earrings back ♥ will definitely be a loyal customer, what service!”

Todd's designs are exquisite and I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Todd in person at his shop in Boulder when his staff was at a jewelry show. Todd is the kindest human you will ever meet. He spent a ton of time with me, and created a custom and beautiful addition to my wedding ring and band in 18K and black and white diamonds. I love having a custom ring stack that no one else has! I cannot wait to get more Todd Reed pieces, each one is a special piece of art.”
