“I'm an electrical contractor. I have had my liability policy with State Farm (Bill Tutterow's office) since 1996. One of my customers informed me my policy had expired the end of February. Turns out State Farm had changed my policy number and I didn't know. When I asked State Farm to send a current copy of my liability of old policy number, I was informed my policy was showing terminated. Panic. I can't work without being insured.Amy Martinez was great in helping me with this.She assured me I had not had any lapse of coverage, just a policy # change, which I did not catch. “Toby really rescued us from a bad situation. Another insurer was refusing to properly insure the roof of the home and we were three days from closing. We called Toby and he literally gave the lender the proof of insurance they required in less than one hour. The other insurer had been working on it for 10 days! We are SO GRATEFUL to Toby for coming through and allowing the deal to go through. We would have been in trouble without him. Oh... and his policy had better coverage and was $1,000 cheaper than the other insurance company. Amazing. Best of all, Toby is one of the nicest guys you'll meet, so easy-going and kind. 10 stars if I could.”
