Do not trust them, record every meeting they will lie and then switch up on you in the next meeting

I had a terrible experience with Heather Laird here at Boulder Intervention. I never took UA's here or anything of the matter, just spoke to Heather on occasion. She basically refused to speak or work with my lawyer, as my case was on track to being dismissed and expunged. She refused to let that happen and also made me stand in-front of the judge for absolutely nothing. It seemed she was working for commission, rather than actually trying to help her clients. Scummy tactics to try and send me back and keep me on intervention when my case was on track to be dismissed. She should be ashamed.

Agree w/the review below, young woman at the front desk can’t stop starring at her phone even during check in, not sure how this place can be part of the State of Colorado’s 20th Judicial District

Super friendly and understanding staff. In and out with time spent on paperwork. Much better than Awilda as my previous PO.

The new girl at the front desk is always on her phone and barely makes eye contact with you. She was ON her PHONE while I was doing my UA. I e never felt so disrespected in my life. If I have to test I try my damnest to go anywhere else but here.

It's a very good place, to go for a therapy that might help you, if that's what you are looking for.

I've had to return this building after 14 years. The ladies I met were wonderful! I even have a class where my values don't interfere with someone else's. I've put in alot of extra work before I came here. I was blessed to be able to go to there Art class next week. Cant wait to meet all the other people in the class. Don't give up, to the ones who are employed here or who are working on there careers. There are people who appreciate you. This building use to hold one of the first interventions in 2009. At the time it was called the Footsteps Program. Let's show Peg Ryder that her start of these programs will continue. God bless you.

Male tech is rarely on site when I’ve needed a test and they do not allow female techs to do UA tests for males. Better off finding somewhere with more consistent staffing

I've gone through 4 probation officers under a YEAR of probation, they obviously are awful to there employees, incredible difficult to reach, the company needs to restructure the way they do things.

They are supposed to be open at 7am. I frequently have to wait for their staff to show up whenever they want and they never keep their prices the same. I know why I am there, and have work too and I find it it frustrating to not have the same professional courtesy to be on time for work as I do.

What can I say.. I have to bring my daughter here for UA's. Staff is friendly and it's clean inside.
