Drove across town to buy a shirt for meetings next week. Store was “closed early 5pm” when I arrived at 4:50pm on a Thursday. Person inside just looked at me through the window and did not open store for me. Website said they were “open”. Just garbage service and this corporate store provides no value to our community. I hope it fails a store that is open for shopping replaces it.

Walked in to exchange clothes for other sizes. I needed to go to the restroom and found a restroom in the back. The store manager Zack banged on the door and told me I had to leave the store and kicked me out. He told me it is private and trespassing to be using that bathroom. Couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism and complete lack of customer service. I’ll never return to that store again. Good Luck and don’t go to that store and need to use a restroom. Unbelievable.

Staff at this store has been so friendly and helpful lately! Great place to get affordable basics and office casual staples. They make returns super easy, which I really appreciate! Store always looks neat and tidy, too.

This is one of my favorite stores, favorite merchant and favorite clothing line. I bought a bunch of clothes for holiday gifts and a cute Christmas tee for myself. The store is nicely laid out, beautiful clothes at amazing prices, I can always find my xxs size and the staff is always more than accommodating. I cannot wait to go back after the holidays for more savings and more hip outfits.

The Boulder J Crew factory is the one with the highest buying/visits ratio of the 4 or so such stores we frequent here (Castle Rock, Silverthorne, Denver West being the others), so definitely would recommend it

The manager here is amazing- helped me with complicated online order return. Very good customer service when I come to this location- they set up the clothes all cute in the dressing room for ya. The lack of inventory and lack of sizing in women’s section is problematic.
