As a recent townhome seller in Boulder, I can’t recommend the team of Eric and Alex highly enough.
From the start, they helped us with suggestions on how to prepare our property to highlight its condition, location and staging to attach a qualified buyer. Additionally, they kept us informed regarding the quickly changing market conditions and showing feedback from buyers and other Realtors alike.
Having been a Boulder Real Estate Broker in the past, I truly respect and appreciate the professionalism they demonstrated.
We closed on the sale of our townhome last week. And, as expected, all went according to plan with no surprises.

The Jacobson Team has a wonderful reputation, and as a longtime Boulder County, resident they were my families first choice when it came to choosing a Realtor.
Buying a home around here is a wild ride, what started as some innocent looking around to see what was out there, led to months of writing the best offers we could manage, and losing a few close bidding wars, It wasn't easy to find the right place, and we were close to giving up. There were tears and frustration on our end. many days looking up at the sky like wondering where these cash offers were dropping out of the sky from. it didn't seem like it wasn't gonna happen at some points, but In the face of adversity Alex showed no fear. and in fact Alex and his team made it easy for us at every step of the way, he helped us talked us through every complicated step and when we were able to find the house we wanted, he made it happen when things changing right up until the last minute. and then we won! and now we get to live happily ever after forever (hopefully lol)
we were so lucky to have him be there as a friend and professional for this huge event in our lives, seriously cannot thank him enough,
you NEED folks with the experience of Jacobson Team to make your home buying dreams come true around here, I'm sure glad we called Alex and will again.

Alex Jacobson served as our broker for a rental property we just sold in Louisville. He was excellent to work with for a number of reasons. He listened well to our desires and simply translated that into action. He was very responsive in terms of returning phone calls, texts, and e-mails. We were out of town for over 4 weeks just prior to the house being sold and he took care of everything while we were gone and kept us posted on progress. We recommend Alex very highly to anyone looking for a broker that is willing to work with the seller (or buyer) on their terms!
