This was my first time selling a house, and Dave and his team were incredibly helpful and responsive to my needs (of which there were many). Dave came to my house soon after I called him up and we had the house on the market within about five days. Even though it was a tough market, he still managed to help me get multiple offers and ultimately choose the right one. I really felt like he was on my side and by my side every step of the way.
