Absolute disgusting upkeep of this store. It was exactly like walking into a horrible Dollar Tree. Merchandise lying around in every isle and items on the bottom shelf of each rack. I walked most of the store looking for something and it was a mess in every area. Apathy surely starts at the top for this location

Don't usually leave negative reviews for a business but after my checkout experience here, I felt compelled to. I gave them my phone number to look up an account which for whatever reason didn't bring up my Joann's account. Not a big deal, I offered to give my email instead. The register person said they weren't able to look it up that way. I asked if they were sure because I'd done it in the past. After an awkward back and forth, we didn't find my account. Again - not a huge deal. What really bothered me was the person immediately leaving the register to tell a coworker "that customer was so rude" which I overheard. Customer service can be an annoying job but not insulting customers within earshot is a bare minimum. Will be unfortunately shopping elsewhere as I now feel very uncomfortable in this store.

The Joann in Boulder was not the same vibe as the one that I usually go to in Northglenn. The staff in Boulder was not especially helpful or friendly, they were pretty snobby and the place was a complete disaster. I waited at the fabric counter for a while before somebody came by and then they just said “I haven’t clocked in yet”. So I had to wait until somebody else could come over. It just seems like there isn’t much of a work ethic here.
It looked like the shelves had not been tidied or restocked in a very long time. There was stuff on the floors there was stuff that had fallen off hooks that looked like it had been there for a long time. I was there at 11 in the morning so it’s not like it could have become that messy in only an hour. I’ll only go to Boulder Joann’s when I absolutely have to.

We went to Joann to get a new sewing machine and some fabric. The woman working up at the register was very kind and helpful. We thought we put an order for pick up in but, it did not go through. She was very patient with us and had amazing customer service. We ended up getting this brother sewing machine and some black fabric. The one star off is because the fabric is not well organized. I had a hard time finding the fabric I needed. The one in Loveland has great signage and it easy to find everything.

Each of my last few visits has been wonderful. Every employee to whom I've spoken has been friendly and helpful. While I've experienced low supplies of some things I've wanted to buy, I've discovered that it's apparently a supply issue--those items aren't presently in other stores either. Beyond that, it's always easy to find what I need here. This is so nice!

Terrible service! I have never, ever received such poor service. Today's experience at this store was distressing, disturbing and disappointing. Needing batting, we asked 2 employees for assistance. They turned up their noses at the idea. After struggling to the cutting table with a huge bolt of batting, we were loudly chastised for bringing one that didn't have a price tag. When asked for the actual width of the batting the associate balked at measuring it for us. Seriously. I do not understand the model for Joann's stores...rude staff, dirty stores, and poor management. Miss this particular site if you value your sanity.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for the staffs for walking me out to my car. They made sure I was safe and fortunately able to shop because some random guy was pretending to shop around and tried to hug me a couple times while making conversation. He would not leave me alone as well but thankfully one of the staffs informed the manager and they took action right away. I really appreciate it.

a friendly and well stocked fabrics and crafts store who also have seasonal decorations. we got a few skeletons to decorate the porch with and some needles and thread for making costumes. most importantly this store has never petitioned the supreme court to restrict a woman's right to have birth control, something that cannot be said of one of their competitors.

My wedding is next Monday and I’ve been here twice in the past few days to pick up last minute things that won’t ship to me fast enough. I don’t know what I would do without this place. So grateful there are still in-person stores!

They filled my online order fast, but they don't have the key to the restroom at the cutting counter like they said and there's no one around to ask. Guess they hate the occasional homeless person going in and having access to running water so much they'll inconvenience everyone else huh? Also parking is HORRIBLE. It took me longer to find parking than to drive there.
