The shop got to my car quickly, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I definitely plan on taking my car back to this shop whenever I have any issues.

I took my 2021 Cadillac XT6 to John's on Friday for an oil and filter change and to see if they could repair my third row seat that couldn't be brought back to a sitting position. We had gotten a jacked stuck in it and it would not longer work properly. I was hoping I wouldn't have to take it to the Dealership. John's Auto Care was able to fix my seat quickly and I got it back by lunch time. We have used John's Auto Care for many years and they are always our go to mechanic to fix/work on all our cars. They are honest and do great work. Thank you, John's Auto Care!

This was my first time at John’s Auto. I found them online and they got great reviews.
Henry was very knowledgeable and friendly. He continued to follow up on his tech and was persistent with the work being done.
Turned out I did not need an alignment, which I came in for. They did not charge me for their diagnostic, which was great.
Henry did a deeper dive and found that Discount Tire had put my two new tires on the same side of the vehicle, instead of both up front. I went to DT and they fixed that issue, but that did not take care of the pull of my car.
I will be going back when I am able, to have Henry and his team work In figure by our my real problem.
I definitely recommend John’s Auto.

The level of service was fantastic! John, the owner himself called me about the repairs that were needed on my Chevy Tahoe. I spoke with him for maybe half an hour and he answered every question that I had and gave me recommendations that were needed. My Tahoe is running smoothly again thanks to John‘s auto care.

Fantastic shop front and back. Friendly, professional and skilled. I have an old vehicle, nearly everything is difficult - diagnosis, parts, install. Rather than giving up, like a previous shop did, John and his team really care that it runs safely and reliably even though the fix is sometimes complicated.

I have to add on to the pile of outstanding reviews.
I had nothing but a great experience here. The customer service was simply outstanding, very communicative and made it super easy to schedule a standard interval appointment. Everyone I talked to was extremely polite and efficient in making sure my oil change and tire rotation was complete, but they went above and beyond-- they were also kind enough to clean my windshield, rear windshield, and side-view mirrors.
Without a doubt the best experience I've had with an auto shop.
Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here!

I've been going to John for years now with my vehicle and it has always been great. Everyone is friendly, thorough inspections, very fair pricing, and quick return of vehicle. The ride service, if you need it while vehicle is in the shop, is a huge plus. I know I can always trust John and his team.
