After driving from Denver, I came to the Key Bank in Boulder. I was able to get my check in the bank. The staff here was friendly, helpful, and more than willing to assist. And after two bad experiences at Key Banks in Denver, this was a breathe of fresh air. Great team and super friendly here in Boulder. It's too bad I had to drive from south Denver and go to two previous key Banks to have a pleasant experience. Thank you Key Bank Boulder.

Attempting to consolidate / reduce open accounts as I reached retirement. KeyBank NOT helpful. Even though I moved and didn't have an account within 100 miles of me, they wouldn't close my account, saying I had to come into a branch to do that. Lame.

I had a good experience here. I was impressed by Joseph Cote's professionalism and helpfulness in setting up my new account and answering all my questions, over the phone and in-person. It's nice to experience great customer service from a bank.

I recived an offer by mail with my name on it promising $400 for my direct deposit. Brought the coupon mailer in handed it to the banker. Banker opened the wrong type of account, SO no 400. Im SO disapointed. Banker said they would try to get the 400 for the account. NO, nada, nothing bummer

The teller at this bank is always willing and able to provide fast and friendly service, wether it be a simple transaction or something more complex. I have come to depend on the reliable service that this bank provides.

Friendly and competent bankers. If they can't answer a question of mine, they either find someone at corporate who can help or call back once they have the answer. And for what it's worth, my dog loves visiting for her regular treat withdrawals.

Opened this bank account to get the promotional money they offered. Account was closed without me knowing because they never sent me the additional papers in the mail. They didn't give me the promotional money I was promised. Customer service is absolutely terrible especially if you try to call their 1800 number. They charge you random fee's left and right. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

These guys are crooks. Told me my checking account was free and charged me $50 a month. Then charged me another $30 every year for some rewards service I never used. They should be investigated by the Feds. They refused to refund all of my money despite an email trail of their false promises.

My account was overdrawn by only a few dollars. That night I did a mobile deposit for a check. The money goes in next day at 9am. At 6 am the following morning I had an overdraft charge. I went at 9am when key bank opened and the check had cleared and they still wouldn't wave the fee. And they were pretty rude about it. Switching banks today.
