This place…. The worst….😂😂🤣 makes doctors look terribl.. medicine, terrible, customer srerivce top notch IN HELL 😢 Was starving… wanted a ham sandwich so bad and some egg salad BUT NO DAMN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 40 WHOLE MINUTE🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Not coming here today, tomorrow, EVER again. 2 stars.

A deeply unhelpful and unkind pharmacist works here. My script was delayed by about a week and when I called to get the issue taken care of she provided no guidance for getting it fixed. I'd go literally anywhere else before going back here

Shout out to the staff at 30th st king super pharmacy, you are so helpful and supportive and I recognize the staff each visit. When I run out of my medication they call my doctor for me and they pick up the phone when I call. I’ve had a few vaccinations and they take time to explain everything. Thank you for all you do.

Went to pick up rx for pain meds, it was not ready on time.. I told the lady behind the counter that I was in a lot of pain and asked nicely if there was anything that can be done to speed it up. She rudely responded "I guess I can go work for your doctors office and tell him to call it in sooner" and walked away. This sarcastic and uncompassionate remark was highly uncalled for and made my already challenging situation worse. She was skinny with straight brown or dirty blond hair with blueish highlights, wearing a blue jacket over a purple hoodie. She needs to learn a lesson in kindness when dealing with someone clearly in pain.

The pharmacist is really nice. Too bad he's not the face of the place. Don't expect your prescriptions to be filled in a timely manner here. They essentially wait for you to show up before filling the meds. I called three days ago about my son's medication canceled one and asked for the new one to be filled. It's like I never called and it STILL isn't filled. The younger men here are pleasant to deal with. The girl with the blue hair and glasses is miserable and takes it out on people at the counter. You just can't have a pleasant conversation with her at all. She clearly hates her job. Her heavy sighs, eye rolling and constant irritation in her voice are just a few of the signs. If you are so easily irritated by the human presence, being a pharm tech is NOT the job for you. Kings, do her a favor and tell her to find something that makes her happy before you lose more customers.Safeway sucks but transferring my meds there cause I can't continue to wait weeks to have a med filled that's vital to my treatment for cancer.
