Im from NC an I am traveling the country doing work for the National Parks and finding grocery stores that have decent prices is a chore, glad to come across King Soopers, aside from this location. For the security to approach me clenching his fists and then looking in my vehicle then following me in the store made my traveling partner very uncomfortable. Perhaps he needs to receive further training or undergo some anger management, not my place to speculate on his personal life. They are busy but they are nice and they are helpful on the phone. It may take a small amount of persistence to get through but very helpful people. I trust them.

Understaffed. Very difficult to call in a refill.

I was really impressed how caring and helpful the pharmacist and manager Jeremiah is . He really took the time very patiently helping me out. What a pleasant and caring person he is. I have to drive further to get to his pharmacy on Table Mesa but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Yesterday, my daughter had prescriptions called in from Urgent Care to treat her acute bronchitis. She needs this right away. We called twice to ask about the status and could not get through to speak with a pharmacist, but did leave a message. By the end of the day, we did not get notice of the prescription being ready to pick up. I hope we will get it today. It is completely unacceptable to make her wait 24 to 36 hours to get a prescription for an acute condition.

The literature that comes with prescriptions filled by King Soopers Pharmacy is some of the laziest warnings/directions I've ever seen from a chain pharmacy. I was prescribed a medication that has some serious adverse side effects, and not once did the literature mention these side effects, let alone offer a warning of things to avoid in the event of these side effects.

Normally fast-paced services, it depends on the time of day as they do close from 1-1:30pm daily. They are very helpful if you have other medical questions as well.

Woman was extremely rude. I asked if I had a prescription ready for pick up as I was missing two and only given one. She rudely said “do you want us to fill it or what?” I assumed when I got the call my prescriptions were ready for pick up it was already filled and ready to go? I just felt like I was a complete bother and it was a poor feeling and interaction. No longer using this pharmacy after that

Just in today to get a Covid booster for my 95 yr old mom. Our experience could not have been more different than so many below. Staff was kind and patient- even if the first got accidentally kicked off her computer system and had to re-enter everything (and re-ask for the same info). I don't doubt the individual experiences below (and compassion for what they went through) but also know healthcare workers in general are like many of us, overwhelmed and doing their best in the face of very hard struggles. Thx, KS Table Mesa!

In December I said really bad things about the pharmacist. She in fact has repeatedly refused me necessary vaccinations. Her protocols may have required her to do so. It's still enraging: had I been able to get the vaccinations I wanted, I'd likely not still be fighting cancer. Doing OK mind you; it would just be better if that woman hadn't declared effectively war on my ability to treat my cancer by spreading a public bulletin "calling all pharmacists" to keep me from getting to stay alive by getting the life saving immune support from the vaccinations I need. I will concede that she might not actually be a psychopath as such, what she was doing was still horrible, protocol or not.

I rarely write bad reviews but I've only had bad experiences here. The staff treats me like I'm a criminal trying to steal every time I use self check out. They are always looking over my shoulder at an uncomfortably close distance and watching my every move. I was stopped as I was paying because I had a canned cold brew in my hand that I was drinking and she said she didn't see me scan it to which I said that I brought it into the store to drink while I shopped and she didn't believe me and said "So if I look back at the surveillance footage I'll see that you brought this in" to which I said yes and she glared at me the rest of my time there. This has happened multiple times where I've been accused of stealing and it's honestly exhausting so I just don't go here anymore.

Whether its confusing the type of generic because it "looks similar", not filling a prescription for over a week because they failed to inform you about a prior auth (despite the same prescription being paid for with a discount card for years), or simply ignoring your prescription because it was sent over a day too early, this pharmacy will be sure to find some way to screw you over with their utter ineptitude and incompetence.

This one at Table Mesa is the best. Great staff, great communication, go out of their way to be helpful. Great prices.Don't choose the King Soopers on 30th St. .. they don't often answer the phone and longer line.
