I'm a neighbor by the house this company (Klatt) was moving.. I advised them they must leave my drive open. Boulder regs do not allow blockage of driveways.This became a squabble throughout the day as we left and returned. They reluctantly moved the truck to allow entry. They refused to park to the side and solve the problem
Eventually the workers ignored and were personally confrontational, nasty and threatening.
They were VERY unprofessional,
USE ANOTHER COMPANY...

There was a large discrepancy between the quote given by Ralph and what the company charged. We explained to the collector at the time he presented the bill and he refused to honor what we were told. They charged for one full hour for six men to travel from their warehouse 20 minutes away. We were told we would be charged for travel time of 20 minutes. They charge $400/hour for six men. That means they overcharged us by $266 on the initial trip to our house. They did the same thing on the return trip. We spoke to the Office Manager the next day. She promised to reimburse us half of the difference in the discrepancy. The check never came. We called several times and they would never answer our calls.

I used this company over the summer and could not recommend them more. All of their employees were polite, respectful and went above and beyond. Due to their efficiency, the amount I paid was less than what was originally quoted. Thank you!

I have used Klatt Moving many times over the years and just yesterday again. They are so professional and polished. Their team members are just wonderful. Their rates are fare and they are definitely who anyone moving should use

Ralph Bailey and team did a phenomenal job with my 92 year old mother’s move to independent living. It was a complicated move with many items going to donation. They did a flawless job with packing, moving and unpacking. Extremely conscientious.
To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. I highly recommend Klatt Movers.

I've rarely experienced any company - in any field - in 40 years that so perfectly fulfilled its promises to the consumer as did Klatt Moving, and Ralph Bailey in particular. They take the worry out of moving by giving very thorough estimates, information on how to pack your valuables (or do it for you), accurate timing and complete accessibility. Their business model insures that your household goods arrive in your new house when they say they will, in our case three-and-a-half days from Boulder, CO to Portland, OR, with no sharing of the truck with other customers. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The furniture is shrink-wrapped or coddled in well-fitted quilts and put precisely where you want it in your new house. One of the most harrowing aspects of moving becomes the least stressful!

Klatt moving is staffed by wonderful people. Each year they help the Share-a-Gift of Boulder County organize their toy drive and distribution to families who need some help each year. Without fail, Klatt comes to the rescue each time we have to move toys or supplies. Supporting them helps them support our community. They also happen to be amazing movers who show up on time and politely get you where you need to be. Great folks!!

Klatt Moving pricing is competitive, movers were reliable and hardworking. All our interactions from Ralph who gave the estimate to the movers (Tim, Ken, Pete, Gustavo, and Henry) were honest and knowledgeable. If we move again, Klatt will be our first contact.

I have had 5 major moves over the last 7 years, using movers everytime and Taylor Movers is by far the WORST experience I have ever had. Disappeared multiple times for varying amounts of time while on the clock. Every time, and I mean every single time I walked away from them and returned, I would find them holding up a wall and texting. At one point during the day I called dispatch to tell him, at which time he had his crew leader call me, give me an update of time and to assure me 'he's allowed to eat lunch.' Totally cool, except this was 2pm and they'd already taken a break at noon. Day started with them being late, but they called so whatever. Everything was LABELED and had COLOR CODED MASKING TAPE. When they finally arrived the crew leader spend 45 minutes going through 'just to make sure,' even though multiple times I told him the above and everything goes to the exact same rooms in the new place. This wasted time didn't matter anyway because NOTHING was put where it should be. They broke a dresser, multiple dishes and a few photo frames. I dont know how because everything was bubble wrapped. By the end of the day they were throwing boxes, wouldn't allow my partner to help them because 'you don't know what you're doing man,' and because my kids got picked up from school and were home. Like, bro, if y'all showed up on time and stuck to what you said they wouldn't be here. And lastly, I went back to check out the old place only to find SO MANY things left there and the garage left wide open. Just do yourself a favor and run from these people.

Klatt packed our furniture for a long distance move and it arrives like this. When asked, they said they can't insure anything that happened after they packed it. So buyer beware - is this the company you want to entrust your long haul move to? There is a litany of other problems with this company, but at the end, their packing and moving services left us with many thousands of dollars worth of damage, frustrating re-packs of previously packed Klatt packed items, and hours of phone calls seeking restitution. Edit: You can see that the business clearly believes their packing is unrelated to damage while a pod is moving. So if you're not using them for your end-to-end move, be aware they will disclaim any damage from poor packing.

Incompetent idiots blocked THREE garage doors and didn't leave any kind of message/phone number to call and I'm now an hour late to work and had to cancel an important appointment because of this moronic company. COMMON SENSE says not to block THREE garage doors just to make your job easier.

Movers refused to wear masks and one was so angry about the request (I have young children who aren’t vaccinated) that he walked off the job. They were rude, unprofessional and threatened me that they would leave all my things on the curb when I was alone with my infant. They wouldn’t say why but I suspect it was because I wanted them to wear masks around my children.
